The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and we cooked a lot. The location was great, especially since I drive an EV and there was an Electrify America hypercharger 0.2 miles away (5 minute walk). This is our 2nd stay (Nov '23 was the 1st) and we plan to stay again! One of the overall cleanest houses we've stayed in. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful host. Little touches like the Polar Express sheets/blankets on the bed are very appreciated, especially since that's a big part of our trips to Williams. Only complaints are the loud heater & HVAC fan (a few clunks when the gas is being lit and the fan is quite loud but constant like white noise) and the late-night trains rolling by, which isn't very loud unless you are a very light sleeper. The trains are out of Mary's control, and really aren't bad. Even though we are very light sleepers, we still chose to stay here a 2nd time, and will again in the future, probably next year around the same time!

This was the perfect place for our family of four: within minutes of attractions in Williams and an easy drive to GCNP. The hosts extra touches did not go unnoticed: a bowl of candy and coffee/hot chocolate pods, all of which the entire family enjoyed. Overall, wo derful stay!

Christmas stay

Great Space right in Williams.

We loved the house and it met our needs. It had all the amenities we needed. It is very close to Route 66 in Williams, with good food, shopping, and a quick 54 mile drive into Grand Canyon. The listing needs to be updated to say it sleeps 4 or 5 including a toddler bed (instead of 6).

Perfect Location for Train to Grand Canyon

Williams is a TINY little town whose restaurants and shops fill with tourists on their way to the Grand Canyon. We took the train from Williams. This small house is in a clean, new neighborhood was perfect for our family of 3. We were able to make small meals in the house while having our own space to relax. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We highly recommend the pizza at Grand Canyon Brewing & Distillery, too. We would definitely stay here again.
