Nicely renovated, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Pearl district condo. The condo is renovated and very comfortable. The owner is very responsive and flexible. We walked to many restaurants. No need to rent a car everything is a short Uber drive. I would definitely recommend this nice condo.
Great location in the Pearl District
Great location. Easy access into building. Hard driving to location - just remember turn left - located in a Cul de sac. Only negative would be the Owner should invest in water filter system. Otherwise, Highly recommended.
Great location in the Pearl District!
Very clean second-floor apartment in Victorian house. Great kitchen and 2 fully renovated baths. Might be difficult for someone with limited mobility to get up stairs to the apartment or get in and out of either shower as tubs have high sides.
Near Whole Foods, Ten Barrel Brewery and Tilt restaurant, for starters. Washer and dryer in unit are very nice extras.
Owner is quick to respond to questions. Would love to return here again.
Even better then the photos! And perfect location!!
Extremely clean and looks even better then the photos. Loved the location we walked everywhere. Tons of great restaurants and breweries within a block or two. Parking lot is literally right next to th building and well lit and 18$ for overnight and $24 for 24hrs if you don't wanna deal with the hassle of street parking however there was plenty of street parking as well.
Exactly what we needed
The property was as advertised. Clean and well kept. Ashish was never needed until the last day due to a flight change and he came through for us right away. Close to everything you might need. Would definately stay there again.
