Beautiful Pool Home with optional heating in Estrella Mountain Ranch

Enjoy 2100 sf of living space with 3 bedrooms and a flex room that is set up with a desk. With reliable high-speed internet this home is a great place to work while enjoying a little get-away vacation.

At a size of 32x16 the pool provides plenty of room for swimming and includes a baja shelf which is great for our little guests. It is equipped with a gas heater for year-round reliable heating.
* Pool heating is optional. A heating fee applies during the colder months. Please inquire as it depends on the season. Heating to 84 degrees (10- 5pm) is complementary from May 15th through September.

This open concept home features a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, large dining area and comfortable couch with 65 inch TV. Lounge by the pool or enjoy the view and tranquility from the outdoor couch. Fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco. The master suite greets you with a comfortable king canopy bed and a 65 inch TV. Soak in the luxurious tub in the attached bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All bedrooms have block out curtains. The two secondary bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower combination.

We take great pride in our home and thrive to provide a clean, comfortable and safe environment for our guests. Smoking and pets on the premises are strictly prohibited and we will assess a fine and/or ask you to leave if we see evidence of a pet or smoking.
This is a family home in a quiet neighborhood. The property is for the enjoyment of the registered guests on the booking only. If you plan to have visitors please check with us before booking to avoid additional charges. We had to tighten the rules after guests took advantage and used our home as a hangout spot for their extended family causing multiple problems and disruption.

Policies:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed (owner has allergies)
- No events, parties, or gatherings - the property is for the enjoyment of the registered guest only
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10-7.
- Maximum occupancy is 6. Extra charges apply if exceeding maximum occupancy.
- Must be at least 30 to book
- Government ID may be required upon check-in
- Additional fees may apply if house rules are not followed

Pool safety:
- There is no pool fence. Children under 6 and non-swimmers must be under adult supervision at ALL times while in the backyard and wear a life vest or floatation device.

Parking
- No overnight street parking per HOA rules. Guest will be responsible to cover towing cost and/or fines.
- Maximum of two cars parking in driveway.
- No garage access

Please note:: The premises are equipped with an alarm system and exterior cameras. Cameras should not be relied on for personal safety. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
No cameras are placed inside the home, or with any view of the interior of the of the home.
Two cameras monitor the front of the house, one monitors the side yard gate plus a doorbell cam.
