This is a cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in quaint Ormond Beach. Both of the bedrooms have queen size beds with dressers and closets. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with access to all media platforms. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with a large sofa that converts into a bed. It also has a flat screen TV with access to all media platforms as wells as a Blu-ray and a Wii-U to entertain the kids. The kitchen is newly renovated with brand new appliances, and is fully equipped. If you enjoy cooking you will find everything you need in this well stocked kitchen. The back room couch pulls out into a comfortable bed as well and there is a smart TV, Blu-ray and standard Wii also hooked up. This space is an ideal area for the kids to watch TV, hang out and play. The bathroom is also fully renovated with storage space for your toiletries. The laundry room is available for your use as well, including iron and board. The back yard is fenced in with a covered porch that has comfortable seating and decorative lights to use at night, giving the patio a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a brick fireplace which you can light to add to the ambiance of the evening and a Webber grill with all the utensils. The beach is directly down the street with free parking and public access. There is also Tom Renick Park only a short walking distance away with restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and grills making beach days simple, convenient and hassle free. .. We provide beach towels, beach blankets, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and coolers free of charge during your stay. There is a fishing pier directly around the corner from the home with a kayak launching dock. This dock over looks the intercostal waterway and is amazing for sun set viewing.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Ormond by the sea. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The backyard was nice for our doggies too. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. The neighborhood seems very safe. Our host was quick to respond to any questions and check in was very easy. We will be back to Ormond!

Nice Home

Allowed us to check in early which was very convenient. Beds were good, kitchen was well stocked. Relaxing/quiet area and easily accessible to Daytona and even Orlando(went to universal).

Winter getaway

This was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need.It was close to beach and the fishing pier. The privacy fence around the back yard made it a nice place to relax. We would definitely stay there again!

This home was the perfect location for our family. We were able to walk to the ocean and river multiple times each day. The backyard was a great private place to enjoy family time in the sun. Such a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Lovely Quiet Place

This is perfect for 2 people and a dog. The street is quiet, people are friendly on the dog walk. The yard is perfect, and private. The house is comfortable, nicely decorated, and cared for. The host was quick to respond to an issue with the A/C, was fixed on the same day.

Ormond-by-the-Sea Vacation

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was adequately furnished so that we could cook about half the time. It was small but perfect for two people and a dog. Thank your for living up to the description and all you advertised!

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood

The home was as described. Homeowner was very responsive. There was an issue with those lovely back patio lights. The homeowner took care of it straight away and we enjoyed several evening and a thrilling thunder storm from that cozy patio. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen very functional. Would certainly stay again!

Another Amazing Stay!

This is our second stay at the "Bungalow", and we enjoyed it just as much as the last time. The homeowners met every need we had, and the home was simply perfect for what we needed. We needed this getaway so badly and it was just what the doctor ordered. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. It was a bit too cold for the beach this year, but we enjoyed the wonderful restaurants, especially the burgers at Jimmy Hula's! We spent a lot of time simply snuggled on the couch watching Netflix and taking time to breathe. God Bless! We will be back next year!!

Nice home away from home

Beautiful home for a group of 4 to 6. Well stocked for the beach and cooking at the home. Doesn't have a large indoor table but does have TV trays. There is an nice area in the back for relaxing. Owners communicated the needed information for check in and check out. 15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a small park with parking and showers for rinsing down the street from the house so driving is easy and then rinsing off before getting back in the car. Overall, a perfect place to experience the Florida coast experience.

Very Nice

I really enjoyed my stay at this house. It was 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes from Daytona boardwalk. The house was nicely furnished and even had beach supplies to use. The owner did have a book of strict rules but considering how nice the place was it is understandable. The only issue I had was the mattress being super hard. I think it’s time to get new ones.

Beautiful beach house

Love this property. We stayed for 2 months and love the house and property. Very close to the beach, we walked there with our dog twice every day. House was very clean and very well stocked, lots of dishes and towels. Nice appliances and large washer and dryer. We loved the backyard and spent lots of time there reading. Remick and Tessa were awesome to deal with and answered any inquiries very promptly. House is very close to 3 state beach access points with lots of parking. Publix grocery is very close and is a fantastic grocery store. Sunrise Grill is a great place for lunch and Alfie’s is awesome for supper. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for a small family!

The house and everything included was perfect. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and all the accessories you could need in a kitchen, bathroom amenities and blankets. Super adorable backyard and I’m so thankful for the home being pet friendly for our little mini golden doodle. The only rating that I scored low at 3 stars was regarding the neighborhood, which the owners have no control over. The street that the house is on is just a tad “busy” and some of the surrounding homes could use the same kind of love that the owners of this property give their home. Other dog owners also allowed their pets to potty in this yard and didn’t pick up after them, which we noticed was a morning ritual. Other than that, I highly recommend renting this home. It’s perfectly located close to the river and the beach, gas stations, convenient shops and a Publix.

The Bungalow is the Best!

Oh my goodness, my wife and I so much enjoyed our stay at the "Cozy Ormond Bungalow". It was perfect in so many ways and the location is perfect to get away and truly unplug. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed, and more! Our favorite part was the oasis (that's what we called it), better known as the covered patio off the back of the house. The homeowner was so very accommodating and always available for any questions we had...even the neighbors were kind and friendly. We truly felt at home! This particular part of Ormond Beach is perfect for a getaway as it was quiet and out of the way, but yet so close to the beach and some amazing restaurants. Go get a sandwich from "Larry's Giant Subs" and take it to the beach, pure paradise. Or, get the best cheeseburger you'll ever have at "Jimmy Hula's", or if you want to be loved on, then go to the "Peach Valley Cafe", and ask for Elizabeth to be your server. We cannot say enough about how perfect the Bungalow was for us! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for serving us! Steve and Paula Arnett

Great location

We came in at night, from the ocean side. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy. This is not the case at all. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood. It is very safe. Mansions are located a few houses around the corner. (fun to walk by and look). Ormond is a quiet family friendly beach, but it is a quick drive to Daytona if you want the night life or crowds. The place is just like in the pictures. Exactly actually. They have all the amenities you could want. There is even some basic cooking ingredients. The only issues for us were the parking situation. There is no parking on the street, and the owner doesn't want you to park on the part of the dirt where other people park, so there is only the 1 car width driveway. We just had to move cars. Not a big deal unless your cars are big (long). There is also an immense amount of decorations. They are very nice, but there is no place to put any of your belongings. The closets are a good size, but every table, shelf and extra floor space has decorations. If there was less decor, they may have room for a better dining situation. We all thought the place would be great if they either turned the back living room into a dining room, or at the very least had an outdoor dining table and chairs. But it is definitely one of the better VRBOs we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot.
