AVAILABLE  APR -OCT -  Waterfront location just steps from all the family amenities, heated pools, basketball courts, tennis/pickle ball courts, yet still very close to beach, restaurant and adult/pool/fitness area too.   Large waterfront back yard on the pond. 2BR, 1 full bath, fully furnished clean interior with Cable TV,  washer/dryer, Wi-Fi internet, 3 season dining/reading porch, plus parking for two cars.  Sleeps six. Includes use of electric golf cart for use within Summer Village. No pets permitted at Summer Village by renters or guests. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Beautiful Waterfront Cottage

The cottage was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable. The owner, Rob, was very pleasant to work with. We would definitely consider renting here again. The location is unbeatable for touring this incredible part of the state.

Relaxing getaway, not far from Boston

The cabin is clean and very well maintained. It can sleep six, but four is a better fit. The three season porch was the highlight for me -- uninterrupted view of the lake in a light and airy room, with a fresh breeze coming through the windows. The owner was attentive and pleasant, and went out of his way to make our stay a great one.

Hidden Gem

Rob's Cabin location is ideal for anyone or any reason to getaway. Family, friends, singles or couples would enjoy the location of Rob's cabin at Summer Village. It's on the water with a spectacular view, and very tranquil. Yet there is plenty of activities 2 swimming pools, a beach on the lake, with entertainment on Sundays, Hiking trail basketball, Pickleball, a lodge with dinner and bar, a country store with sandwiches and ice cream and so much more..

Why they chose this property

My wife and I fell in love with this property 10 years ago when we visited our close friends who were long time owners at Summer Village. Waterfront properties are hard to come by. When our friends decided to move to Texas they asked us if we knew anyone who would be interested in it, and we jumped at the opportunity.

What makes this property unique

The spectacular waterfront views in a great neighborhood that is part of well run development offering so many amenities made this a perfect second home for us.
