POOL in NEW million dollar home in Popular South Beach. 1200 steps to Ocean. 1/2 block to all shopping, restaurants and bars.

Upscale furniture throughout. Granite surfaces. Tile Floors in all bathrooms. Brand new very private 5th bedroom off kitchen.

Master Bedroom #1: KING 'CAPTAINS ROOM' - sleeps 4 (2 in King Bed) and (2 in full size sleeper sofa) with large ensuite bathroom and private deck attached.

Master Bedroom #2 KING 'SAILORS ROOM' - sleeps 2 plus one small child can sleep in chair that creates child size bed when lowered. With ensuite bathroom and attached porch.

Three of the 4 bedrooms have French doors leading to spacious decks. New 5th bedroom off Kitchen is surrounded by Windows and catches ocean breezes. Also has private A/C and Heat.

Kitchen and Living area have vaulted ceilings and are surrounded by Windows - giving the upstairs living area of this home, a New York Loft feel. 1200 feet to Ocean. Walk across the street to the world famous Breakfast Club. Walk 1 block to shopping, dining, beach. Walk to Library and IGA and Deli!

Why Marsha Marks chose Coastal

Tom and I met on the West Coast and always wanted a home near the beach, but were unable to pay LA prices. And hated LA traffic. When Tom took a job here in Savannah, we discovered Tybee Island and realized it was just 15 minutes from Downtown Savannah, and we loved the laid back Artsy, non-resort kind of feel. So, we looked for three years for the perfect piece of property - well, the perfect piece in our price range and in the location we wanted. We finally ended up buying a woman's back yard. We had the yard divided into a legal lot. The woman who sold us the lot, still lives behind our home. She purchased the lot our house sits on - 30 years ago for $1500.00! (She made a good investment!)

When we were looking for a bit of land to build on Tybee Island, we knew we might want to use the home as a vacation rental someday, and we wanted to be close to the beach, yet away from the noise. Close to the shops, yet away from the crowds. Within walking distance to all the eating places, and especially close to The Breakfast Club! This lot, seemed to have it all, Location, Location, Location, plus, it was the only lot we could find that didn't look into someone elses house - our lot looks onto a 60 foot tall live Oak tree. And OK, I confess, it was the only lot for sale on the whole darn street. So we bought it.

What makes this house unique

The large spacious upstairs. The pool. The double convection ovens. The Master Suite that has three seperate sections and a private deck. The pale yellow bamboo floors. The six burner cooktop with the pop up vent. The loft feel with tons of windows and natural light. The THREE large decks - two off each floor. The Air conditioned and insulated sleeping porch, that feels like a treehouse - on the top deck! Location, Location, Location.

You both went above and beyond any VRBO owners we have dealt with in the past. It was a perfect week, perfect house, perfect beach and great lifeguards. You have to see it for yourself

This property was AMAZING and I see why it has received all the great ratings. We had a party of 17 adults and it was able to provide the closeness that we needed versus being separated in a hotel. It was close to the beach and to many restaurants. One of our guests even rented a bike which was delivered and picked up. I also had the opportunity to meet Marsha and she is a true GEM! I reached out to her several times and she always responded in a timely manner. I'm not sure where the group wants to go next year but my vote is this property. Book it you will not be sorry.

Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. We brought 20 women with us on our ladies church retreat and everyone loved it. The house had everything we needed and more. The elevator was great for transporting everyone's luggage and our groceries. It definitely felt like home and we would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!!!

Great location and beautiful home!

This house is in such a great location - our group didn't have to use a car to get anywhere. Home is beuautiful with everything and more you would need on a vacation. Highly recommend to anyone spending time in Tybee!

Best House on Tybee!

From the moment we booked this house - the service and response we received from the owner were top notch! I hosted a Bachelorette party here for 11 women starting 9/28 through 10/2. Marsha was more than willing to offer support on local hot spots, planning advice, leniency when she could on check in or check out times, etc. LOCATION of this home could NOT be beat - location to the beach, location to bars/restaurants, etc. It was a short easy drive into Savannah and/or other shopping options if the Island did not have what you needed. We had 11 women with us and my only comment would be that for everyone to have a real bed and be comfortable with their luggage, etc. in each room that in my opinion having more than 12 adults would start to feel a little cramped. The house layout was perfect, the pool and hot tub were much needed after a beach day and the house literally had everything we could possibly need to include a ping pong room and covered outdoors area(s) to sit and relax in as well.

I would book this house again no questions asked! Do yourself a favor and if staying on the island - just book it; you will not regret it.

Owner's Response: WOW, thank you so much! We also love the location! And really do try and make the experience exceptional for each guest. (We only have one vacation rental...) - and as to your one caveat - we agree - we do find that 10 adults, i.e., 5 couples and their children - work out well - because each family can take a room, and the children don't mind the pull out couches or futons etc. But, since we only have 11 actual beds - (not counting all the pull out couches and cots etc) it could feel crowded with 22 adults!
