Located directly on the free Big Bear Red Trolley Line and just minutes from Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, shopping, dining, hiking, and lake activities, our cozy single-story farmhouse combines comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities in one of Big Bear’s most central locations. During snowy weekends and busy holidays, guests especially love being able to hop on the trolley and avoid parking headaches around town and the ski resorts.

Our spacious single-story farmhouse features an open-concept layout ideal for families and groups, with a split floor plan that provides extra privacy by placing two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the central living space. Flat, easy access from the parking area to the front door also makes arrivals simpler when unloading luggage, groceries, ski gear, or traveling with children and grandparents.

Pet-Friendly:
As fellow dog lovers who travel with our own doodles, we understand how important it is to find a comfortable pet-friendly vacation home where the entire family can stay together. We’re happy to welcome furry family members.

To help keep the home safe and enjoyable for all guests, pet information must be submitted through our partner, BetterPet Passport, prior to arrival to verify breed, licensing, and current vaccinations. Please note that a few breeds are restricted.

We also ask guests without pets to complete the simple BetterPet Passport process to help maintain our pet-friendly policies and county compliance requirements.

Winter Travel:
Big Bear regularly experiences snow and icy road conditions during the winter season. While our road is county-plowed, tire chains may still be legally required during active storms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for winter reservations.

Security:
For guest and property security, exterior-only video cameras monitor the outside perimeter of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
