This is our cozy desert home.
Flexible 2000 Sq Ft Floor Plan. 2 Bed/2 Bath w/Bar Seating.
Enjoy a large screen smart TV featuring Apple TV, Free WiFi. Lazyboy soffas and recliner, Wood Fireplace and nicely equipped Kitchen w/Stainless Steel Appliances and Nesspresso Coffee Machine. Dining inside and outside for 4 -8 . Non-bedroom Sleeping arrangements are accomplished with a rollaway bed in the garage.

On our yard you will find a proffessional meat smoker and BBQ to enjoy. You will also find a fire pit . Orange, tangerine lemons and limes are on the trees. Feel free to pick them up and enjoy. Large covered patio with teakwood dining table and recliners. Little hammock to enjoy.
The loaction is perfect: -in the very "Heart" of Scottsdale close to Kierland Commons, for Waste Management Phoenix Open, Golf, Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, Spring Training, Spring Break, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Road Cycling, Yoga Retreat, Exploring Arizona, Business, Power Shopping or just Relaxing! This house was great and close to many places in Scottsdale that we wanted to see. Also very dog friendly. Our dog loved the size of the yard. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Scottsdale Adventure

We took a family trip this spring to the Phoenix area and were very happy with the accommodations. The house was easy to find & centrally located for our stay in Scottsdale. We enjoyed the sleeping arrangements, the morning coffee and the fresh squeezed juice from the orange trees in the yard. Our host was delightful to correspond with in preparing for our stay and checking out. Thank you.

Vicki’s house was great (and clean!)! She texted me the day before and the day of with info for check in. Her house is beautiful - especially THE YARD!!! Vicki’s home felt just like that: a home. We stayed here due to a leak / flood at our house. Her place isn’t a cookie cutter, barebones sort of place to stay and we loved that. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house :) communicating with Vicki was very easy, as she was always just a pleasant text conversation away! We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Scottsdale Home

This home was beautiful and perfectly located in North Scottsdale in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The property is conveniently located relative to downtown Phoenix and the Convention Center, Glendale and is an easy two-hour drive to Sedona. There is a wide array of wonderful restaurants within minutes from the home as well as ample shopping and entertainment options. Vicki is the most gracious host we've ever had the pleasure of working with over the years. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We have visited Phoenix three times in the past year and this property will always be our first choice for future stays. Dave K

Needs Help

Property was located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood which was conducive to morning walks, etc. The property was also conveniently located near major shopping and dining venues. The property itself, however, had some issues. On the outside, the advertised green grass areas are instead bare dirt and the furniture is tired, at best. Inside there a number of differed maintenance issues noted. These included guest bathroom shower not usable because of a broken temperature control. Plumbing in guest bathroom was very slow and in other areas tiles were missing, plaster falling off the wall. Part of the reclining couch does not work and bathroom doors would not close properly. All in all, the host needs to consider taking the property out of service for a while and get things repaired and presentable as advertised. Jon & Cyndi March, 2022

Needs repairs

The pictures online is not what you get when you arrive. There was no green grass in backyard just dirt. The French door had shattered glass in it. The doors to the bathrooms would not shut. There was an issue with a shower not working the owner tried to get repaired but was unsuccessful. Lighting was bad. The home was full of personal belongings of owner.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in one of the best areas in Scottsdale. It has a relatively big back yard, it is minutes from glof courses, The Mio Cliic, Kirlan common where you will enjoy fine shopping and dinning. And yet it is quite and inviting.

What makes this property unique

we have some fruit trees - citrus and figs so if in season plesae feel free to enjoy them... Also plesae enjoy our proffessional smoker, BBQ and fireplace...
