Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and walks along the seven miles of white, pristine beach. We also supply a bird identification guide for those interested in bird watching from the balcony.

This bright, cheery unit has Florida decor and has been recently remodeled, including new tile in the kitchen and living room. The new kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, cookware, dishes and expanded cabinetry. I've stayed at Estero Beach & Tennis Club numerous times and this is my first stay in 502B. The balcony faces the gulf where there was a fabulous breeze every day of my visit. Sunsets were great; I had many photo opportunities from the grounds of this condo complex as well as the very private beach area. All furnishings were basic and comfortable- nothing was missing here. The only thing I didnt care for was pick up/drop off of keys at the rental company at the north end of the island- I prefer to have the keys in a lockbox on the door.

Coming back for 3rd straight visit in Feb 2012

We will be staying EBT for the 5th time and 3rd straight time in this unit. Great View of Gulf and Sand Bar. Also one of the nicest kitchen layouts in all the other units seen. Perfect size for a couple looking for a winter break. Also you just can't beat staying on the south end of Estero for a laid back vacation!
