This upstate NY gem is in a private setting yet less than 5 minutes away from the interstate. Song Mountain Ski resort is 3 minutes away, Vesper Hills Golf Course is down the road (with a beautiful restaurant overlooking Otisco Lake), 1911 Cider House, Syracuse and Cortland are just 20 minutes away. Nature trails and parks surround the area, and the finger lakes are less than 30 minutes away. This lakefront home is truly one of a kind.
