Recently renovated four bedroom three bath home just 80 yards away from the beach entries with some beach views. One of the best locations in Panama City Beach on the East End off Thomas Drive. This house is ideal for a group of three families with many children, or just a generally large group.

Recently renovated home with open floor plan. Very large great room with vaulted ceiling and open floor plan. The house was designed to house a large number of guests very comfortably; the living room can accommodate 9 persons viewing the TV from couches. Bed capacity is 16-17 (2-3 in master, 2 each in 2 queen beds in bedrooms, 2 in full "murphy bed" in living room, and 8 in the bunk room). 4 additional persons can be accommodated if they sleep on the standard couches and 2 in large recliners (master bedroom and main living room).

The one-story layout is friendly to those who cannot take the stairs. We are very close to the public beach accesses on Spyglass drive, which is a very quiet street. At least 6 automobiles can park in the front (we have managed to park 11 at once); the parking area will accommodate large SUVs and trucks with ease. Major interior renovation features include granite counters and tile flooring. The master bathroom boasts beautiful tile shower with glass doors and the hall bathroom has a combo shower/tub for the kids. The third bath is attached to the bunk room.

The bunk room has a separate outside entrance if more privacy is needed, but it can also be accessed from the great room interiorly. There is a separate kitchenette, living area, and laundry machines in the bunk room. The bunk room has bed slots for 8. All bedrooms have smart TVs with HD antenna.

Back patio with outdoor living area with seating, charcoal grill, and bar area (beverages not included).

As mentioned above, there are two sets of laundry machines, and they are all inside. No need for a laundromat or to walk outside to wash clothes.

Amazing place to stay!

We highly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! We went for our spring break and it was close to places to eat/shopping/ things to do and see, the beach right in front of us plus the amazing patio in the backyard was amazing to relax every night at. I would highly recommend this place to stay for you and your friends and I will be defiantly coming back to stay again!

Awesome property

We had a group of 6 adults and 6 children, there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The children loved the bunk room which had plenty of room. The parking was amazing with plenty of space. The house location was also great just across the road from the beach in an awesome neighborhood. Will be staying again next time we are back in PCB!!! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!!

Great location; plenty of room

This house was perfect for my family of 12. Each couple had their own bedroom and the bunkroom was so spacious and housed the grandparents/grandchildren. We had plenty of room in back to enjoy supper and play cornhole. The best part is the location, location, location. It is away from the high rise condos and crowds and literally just steps to a pristine white sandy beach!

The pictures did not do it justice! Ample amount of space at an amazing location. If spending the whole day at the beach is your goal from sunup to sundown this is the place. Family vacation

Very nice beach house steps from the entrance to the beach. Perfect location for family with small kids with lots of activities near by. Super clean inside and plenty off room inside for multiple families. House itself looks much better in person that in the pictures. Rebekah was a great host. Reaction to any question was pretty much immediate. We were very pleased with our stay there, I really recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect

I have a blended family with all age groups. This was a perfect vacation for us because of this beach house. It’s more beautiful on the inside than the pics show. It’s sis ious and comfortable. The bonus sweet is the icing on the cake. We loved the backyard as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Have to say, we were so lucky to have booked this gem. It was incredible. The pictures does not give it justice. It was so roomy and we had a party of 13 in our family. 2 washers and dryers. The bunk room was awesome! It was like a house in itself, had a queen size bunk beds that had luxury mattresses and it’s own bathroom and kitchen (without stove). So close to beach that Gran had no problem walking to it. Closer of a walk than staying on the 16th floor of the Calypso (last year’s vacay) Way less people on the beach, so quite, hardly any traffic, huge parking space. Nice back patio with ambient lighting to hang out at at night for those that wanted pizza at 1am and not disturb the ones sleeping. Picnic table out front was nice in mornings for coffee and listening to the waves. Can’t say enough good things about the owner. She is sooo nice and accommodating. Hope she is still listing this place next year bc will never go back to a condo when you can get a place like this and this close to the beach! Thanks Rebekah!!!

This house is spacious and has plenty of sitting room for everyone to be comfy! Love the proximity to the beach. Also, love the bunk room as it was perfect for our teens to have their own space! Can’t wait to go back!

Great location and property for large groups

The set up of the house was great for our group. There were enough separate rooms for everyone to have private space when needed. The large bunk room was great for our group of teenagers and adult children to sleep, hang out and have their own space while everyone was in the house. The location to the beach was perfect for a quick walk or a long day while still allowing everyone to walk back and forth as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family home for a beach get away

We loved our time at this rental. The layout was perfect for a large group. The bunk room set it apart from other rentals since it was bigger and had larger beds. We cooked almost all out meals at home and the layout was conducive to fun family time.

2022 Family Vaca

Location was absolutely wonderful! Quite area , great for relaxing with the family . We had 11 adults and 3 kids and the house fit us perfectly. Older kiddos had there own space in the bunk room. Home was beautiful and updated. Very short distance to beach access number 2. Could not have asked for a better time with our family and owners was incredibly easy to work with and communicate was a breeze . Would highly recommended this property to anyone. The property was beautiful and located right across from the beach! We had a great time! The only input I would give is to have some grill utensils handy and more big mixing bowls as we love to cook out and made due with what was available.

Enough room for several families

My family & I have rented beach homes for many years in the PCB area. This is the first time everyone actually had a bed to sleep in. No air mattresses had to be used. Another positive was the parking- We all arrived at different times during the week & there was plenty of parking for everyone. We had perfect weather & enjoyed our very short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time & can’t wait to return!

We enjoy the beach as a family, and this house was intended to provide us a comfortable place to stay while taking the kids beaching for extended weekends. It naturally therefore serves large families seeking proximity to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Lots of parking, spacious great room that is fantastic for hosting sizable groups without feeling cramped. The presence of two sets of laundry machines and two kitchens is very handy.
