Bedroom carpets dreadful! Please replace. Beyond just cleaning! Property needs a manual of instructions about parking slot, mailbox, TV and DVD, smart TV in 2nd BR, furnace...not just little notes here and there which weren't clear. TV on just cheap basic cable not even worth turning on. Key to hot tub/book nook/exercise area didn't work...had to borrow a neighbor's key. My socks are permanently dark grey on bottom because tile floors not really clean King bed in master way too soft so after 2 weeks of increased back pain I switched to hard single in guest BR. What did I like...pool, looking at golf course/players out back door, helpful neighbors, weather and PS in general.

Getting to travel back to Palm Springs ( Boarder opened)

This property is a great location to smaller stores. The neighbors are great, pool gym, hot tub, tennis court great. The unit could use some updates and good cleaning , it was short some of the thing listed and shown in pictures ,but the Oranj management was very quick to try and correct the problems. We would stay here again.
