This is a magnificent one bedroom condo with two beautiful bathrooms, both with large walk in showers, right on the Sea of Cortez at the Villas De Cortez in the Van Wormer Resorts. Walk out your sliding glass door and you are steps to the pool. Then down a few steps to the Sea of Cortez. First floor units are a big plus in this building, since you do not have to use stairs or elevator to access pool area.

Location of this building is in a perfect location, since you can WALK to the Heart of Los Barriles in minutes. Two grocery stores are very close as well as many great, inexpensive restaurants. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

There are two queen sized beds in the bedroom, and a sofa and a big futonin the living room. So the unit can sleep 6 comfortably, if 2 in each queen. This condo is in the Villas de Cortez Unit #1105.

This is a well wonderful price for this unit. This unit rents from the Management company for $320 to $380 per night or more.. Our rates are based from $250 per night plus Mexican taxes, which can vary for high and low seasons, plus a modest cleanup fee at departure (around $75 US). Los Barriles is a quiet village with many good casual inexpensive restaurants, and affordable shops. A great place for a couples get a way or a family vacation on the ocean in luxury. I will provide a list of recommended restaurants prior to arrival or in the white notebook in the unit..

Amazing location

The location is amazing, and being able to walk out to the pool from the space was perfect with small kids. The unit itself could use a bit of upkeep/upgrades, but everything worked and we were overall very happy with our stay and the communication with the owner when required .

We had a wonderful time in Los Barriles and this property is perfect - easy access to the deck, pool, and beaches and a short walk into town. The place was clean and spacious. There were a few amenities missing that would have been helpful, but overall great stay.

Great place, everything we hoped for!!

This property is in a great location and right next to the pool! Our family enjoyed all the amenities and the relaxed nice atmosphere. The restaurant next door was great, and the beach was nice. We even caught a few fish from the shore right out the back door! We will definitely be back!

Love Los Barillas and the property and location were excellent. Very comfortable and the staff at Bay View took great care of us. We felt very safe all hours of the day, although we would suggest that there is a way to change the access code to the property and that there was a safe.

The kitchen did not have any liquid dish soap or paper towels or any dish rag or sponge and the beds are NOT QUEEN! 2 full beds and the sliding screen door got stuck more that it opened! But location is amazing!

We have been to Los Barriles and Hotel Palmas many times over the last 25 years. This was the first time we rented Richard's villa and it was perfect. Loved the location, access and the cleanliness. We will definitely be back!

Los Barriles Fishing trip

Condo was great, location is fantastic for access to the pool and swim up bar. This was our first time staying in this unit. Great for a family as there are two beds in the bedroom. Kitchen had anything you needed.

This could be the most beautiful spot on earth. It is like dying and going to heaven. For such a small, intimate town, it has many
wonderful restaurants that are very, very reasonably priced. I will provide you with a list of my 'favorites'. Also, there are 2 Queen beds in the bedroom, which is convenient for families.

What makes this property unique

This is a very relaxing place to relax by the Sea of Cortez. There are many activities for you and your family. And the surf is nice and calm
for small children. If you can get up a little early, you will be amazed at the beautiful sunrises coming up over the Ocean.

Also, there is a brand new 24 court pickleball facility at our resort property at the Palmas De Cortez Hotel.
