Peaceful Island Studio

This studio bedroom has a private entrance with rustic island feel. It is sufficient for ONE person, only. Queen- size bed, large dresser and armoire, bathroom with toiletries, Cold A/C, and small area for sitting outside. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator.
-We Do Not Allow Cooking of any kind. Only microwave.
-300 square feet, inside. The outdoor seating is airy and tropical.
Private Outdoor Shower (with toilet/sink Inside)
-NO Laundry on site. Closest laundromat is 3 miles

You may park your Boat, or Trailer.

You may be greeted by natural wildlife during your stay. We see iguanas and turtles, and lizards too. Boat ramp 1/8 mile away for famous fishing and kayaking.

28 Day Minimum Rental. State and County taxes collected.
