We purchased this condo on January 1, 2021. The condo has new interior paint, wood look tile plank flooring throughout, new furniture, new vanity faucets , new toilets, and all of the beds have new premium mattresses.
Gulf Shores Vacation Life: Wake up and go out to your large private balcony and listen to the waves coming in on the beautiful white sand beach. Watch the dolphins playing in the Gulf of Mexico and sea birds dive bombing in the surf. This can be your best and most affordable family beach vacation ever! The condo can sleep 6 comfortably. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is well supplied with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, private bath with marble shower and access to the balcony. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds, TV, and access to the hall bath. The large living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. The complex has a indoor/outdoor zero entry pool with lounge chairs, a hot tub, sauna, gym with Gulf view, 2 pool tables, and a foosball table. There is a walk way to the beach with shower to rinse off the sand after a fun day. There is a grill area with 4 stainless grills. Our condo is owner operated and veteran owned! All of our rates INCLUDE CLEANING, LOCAL & COUNTY LODGING TAX, & 1 PARKING PASS. AN ADDITIONAL STATE LODGING TAX OF 4% IS ADDED TO THE RATE PER STATE LAW. 1 Additional parking pass is available for a extra charge. During the peak vacation season (May 29 to August 21) I only rent the condo Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the condo.

During the peak vacation season May 29th to August 21st I only rent the condo for 7 nights Saturday to Saturday.
The rental fee includes 1 parking pass. You may purchase 1 additional pass from me. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per condo.
Absolutely no parties allowed. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the condo.

Great view and super easy check in. I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the condo as the reviews on cleanliness is what convinced me chose this condo. There was a horrible smell inside it that took 3 days to wear off. There was what looked to be tobacco spit on the kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator and freezer were not as clean as they should have been. There were a couple of other small things but I will leave it at this. I had high hopes for this condo based on prior reviews.

I am sorry that you didn't find the condo clean enough. My reviews for the condo being very clean have always been positive. I will definitely reach out to my cleaning person and discuss your concerns with her. I wish you would have called me during your stay to let me know you weren't happy with the cleanliness of the condo. I would have sent my cleaning person back to address all of your concerns and make you happy. I am always available and guests have my mobil phone number.

Great condo for a beach getaway

We loved our time here. We have stayed at this complex several times and have never had any issues! Loved the chairs on the balcony, view is amazing, condo was nice and clean on arrival.

This property is fantastic, all of our check in info was sent as soon as we paid our full account. The condo was very clean, everything worked as it should, I messaged them on our last day to thank them and got an immediate response. This place is highly recommended by me and my wife.

Wonderful stay!

Our condo was perfect for what we were looking for! The only downside was that only one elevator was working in our building and we were on the 8th floor! We loved our view of the beach and our condo was perfectly located!

We purchased another property in Gulf Shores 10 years ago and found that we really enjoy renting to families who want a fun place to spend their vacation time at a reasonable price. So, we decided to purchase 804 Crystal Shores West

I love 804 Crystal Shores West because of the amazing views from the balcony. I can see the Gulf from the kitchen sink! We spend 5 months in Gulf Shores every winter so it truly is our home away from home.

I fell in love with this complex because of the amenities that the complex offers. There is a indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa, sauna, fitness center, 2 pool tables, foosball, and 4 stainless grills. I also love that there is a on site complex manager during the day and a security person on site in the evening.
