The condo is set up to be a true home away from home with stocked cupboards, extra appliances, and SmartTV ready for you to relax in front of the fireplace after your fun-filled day. It is a welcoming and calm space to fully enjoy your much-deserved mountain vacation in a serene setting.

The Space:
The condo feels secluded with views of trees and mountains from both the back bedroom and front living area. The balcony offers a brand new grill and a place to eat with beautiful views for warmer weather. All with the convenience of shops, restaurants, and Keystone ski area minutes away.

The wall of south-facing windows makes the space sunny and warm and offers perfect conditions for curling up in the ‘reading nook’ next to the windows with your book/kindle.

Living Area:
The open floor plan with tall ceilings encompasses a kitchen bar, dining area, and an oversized living area complete with a cozy sofa, armchairs, and window seating all within range of the warm fireplace. After a busy day and a delicious meal, it’s time to relax in front of the fire with a board game, Netflix/Apple TV/Chromecast/Cable on the 50” flatscreen TV, or a book from the shelf. It’s the perfect place to unwind, or if you’re feeling more adventurous, head to the shared hot tub and indoor swimming pool just a few steps away!

The sofa sleeper is a queen bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort, and curtains in the living area are blackout for a restful night’s sleep.

Kitchen:
Stainless steel appliances, stocked cupboards of essentials, and extras such as a waffle maker, crockpot, and pancake griddle make preparing meals a delight and hassle-free. Kitchenware and granite are new, with plenty of countertop space to create delicious meals and fun mealtime memories.

Bedroom:
The plush king-sized bed is the centerpiece of this large bedroom that’s been set up with convenience and peaceful rest in mind. A soft duvet, USB plugs next to the bed, luggage stands, blackout curtains, a separate digital heater for the room, plenty of closet space, and extra blankets all contribute to a space for restorative sleep so you’re ready for the next day of fun!

Please note that we provide a duvet with a duvet cover. The duvet cover is cleaned between every guest's stay for additional cleanliness and hygiene.

Bathroom:
A large raindrop shower head, ceiling fan heater, and shampoo/conditioner provided in the updated bathroom will be sure to start your day off right. Having a separate vanity makes it convenient for everyone to get ready quickly in the morning!
