In the heart of the Riviera Maya, 15-min from the Cancun International Airport, on the south side of the charming town of Puerto Morelos, modern one-bedroom condo with great amenities. Amazing location. Close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, supermarket and town square where you can have an ice cream or watch shows and see local artisans at night.

Modern equipped for your comfort to feel at home. One closed bedroom (King size bed) & 42" RokuTV, sofa bed in living room, 55" TV(Netflix), wireless internet, small kitchen, large fridge with ice maker.

Decorated like a modern hotel suite, with hotel quality sheets & duvet, memory foam top mattress, so you can rest comfortably.

The condo is part of an 11 condo building that includes a roof top pool patio with views of the turquoise Caribbean ocean on one side and the jungle on the other. The condo is on the ground floor, but above street level (there is one small flight is stairs at entrance of building). It is perfect for those who do not want to climb too many stairs. In addition, the building has an underground parking with a few spots and a washer and dryer on the rooftop. There is also lots of free parking spaces on the street.

Located at the back of the building with a view to a private terrace with table, lounge chairs, BBQ & hammock.

Equipped kitchen with microwave, small electric oven, 2 electric stove top burners, stainless steel pots and pans, blender and electric kettle. Full size fridge with ice maker and cold water dispenser.

We provide bath and hand towels, as well as pool/beach towels for your stay. There are 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella you may use during your stay. We also provide shampoo, soap, bath gel, toilet paper and paper towel for your arrival. You may find extra or your favorite brands close by at the Chedraui supermarket. There is a blow-dryer and an iron and ironing board in the condo.

*TV: There is a 55 inch smart TV in the living room with Netflix and a 42 inch Roku TV in the bedroom.

* WATER: A big purified water jug "garafon" is provided at your arrival. If you require extra water during your stay, you can contact us to make arrangements to have more water delivered.

* INTERNET: There is high speed fibre optic wireless internet (40 megas) in the condo (Telmex).

*TELEPHONE: There is a telephone in the condo with unlimited calls to Mexico, USA and Canada. No calls to other countries.

* SAFE: There is a safe in the condo.

* TOURS, AIRPORT TRANSFERS & TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: We use Sunnyjourney.mx to offer our guests excursions/tours and airport transportation at local, discounted prices during their stay. Ask us for details.

*CLEANING SERVICES: The rental does not include daily cleaning. Cleaning services including change of sheets and towels available upon request for $700 pesos or $40 usd. We offer a courtesy mandatory cleaning service on stays of two weeks or more.

the view from the pool was wonderful. The location is perfect for walking just about any where in PM. The hosts were extremely responsive. Anytime I contacted them they responded quickly- most times within minutes

Lovely apartment. Great location.

The apartment is great and communication with the hosts was excellent. Walking distance to nice restaurants, supermarket and beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. The only nitpick we would have is that a drying rack for items that can't be tumble dried would be nice. If there was one we didn't see it.

Loved this location and the unit was perfect size for me and convenient. The manager was very responsive to issues only had one and that was a loud ongoing noise from what I think was construction into the night. She handle it ! She found me another location for an extension as this one was booked and although it was not as nice she again took care of things very quickly !

Property was just as described. Delphino provided us with clear check in instructions as well as great suggestions for restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Restaurants and grocery store were all within a few blocks and made the stay comfortable. Unit was a good size for the two of us. Outdoor area at the unit is a patio since on the first floor. Nice sized area but not water facing. Lots of good sun though. AC was great! Water pressure and shower temperature both wonderful! Top floor (5th) was pool and lounge area. Not big but also never crowded during our time. One day I had it all to myself. Washer and dryer also available on the top floor was convenient. We did not use them but was good to have as an option. There is a good amount of construction nearby as new buildings are going up but we never noticed any of the noise while inside the condo.This was our first visit to Puerto Moreles but won’t be our last! The area was relaxed, all areas were friendly, food was good! The condo allowed us to be close to everything. I would easily stay here again with my husband or by myself - very safe area.

Clean and comfortable

Our stay was great. The condo had everything we needed for the 8 days we were there. The bed/mattress was comfortable and the kitchen then has everything you need. We were able to do laundry when needed and the rooftop pool has a great view. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the outdoor patio due to the construction going on next door, which left a lot of falling debris onto the patio table and furniture and was quite loud during the day. The construction didn't start until 8am, so it didn't really bother us. Also note, because of the construction, it's quite loud if you are trying to relax on the rooftop by the pool. Please don't let that deter you though as it won't go on forever and it really didn't affect our stay at all. The condo is in a great location walking distance to everything and we felt very safe there. We would absolutely stay again.

Puerto Morelos is developing which is bringing construction There is some construction going on next to us which can bring some level of noise during the day between 9-5. There may also be dust from it unfortunately which is not something we can control. We can offer regular cleaning of the patio to fix that. We did offer you to clean the patio at different times but you said it was not necessary. They are soon to be finished the outside of the building.

VERY NICE & NEWER CONDO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

Clean, light & bright with easy access to beach, big grocery story & everything in the village (restaurants, shops, activities)! Upper level swimming pool has 360 degree views of Caribbean & all of the surrounding village & undeveloped jungle/woods. Would definitely & highly recommend this place for your visit!

Back patio was an unexpected surprise

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Back patio was awesome with a level of privacy sufficient for sun tanning. Location while being close to the square was nevertheless quiet and calm. Kitchen fully equipped with even an ice-maker in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again.
