BATHROOM 1: The Primary bath features marble showers, granite counters, dual vanities, a glass & tile walk in shower, and TOTO Neorest bidet

BEDROOM 2: Guest bedroom #2 has a full bed for up to 2 occupants, and 2 Twin bunk beds ideal for kids.

BATHROOM 2: The 2nd bathroom has walk in shower, granite counters, single vanity, TOTO Neorest Bidet.

The lovely and bright kitchen is fully equipped with an all stainless appliance package, beautiful granite counters and tile floors. All cookware, utensils, plates and glassware to create a feast.

Open living-dining space and a screened balcony with table and chairs for enjoying breakfast coffee, afternoon happy hour or simply taking in a beautiful sunset.

Need something to do, r rent a couple of bikes locally and explore all that the island offers.
The island trolley is inexpensive, so hop on and enjoy yourself. During season there is also a free tram that runs from the north end of the island to the library and back.
Bike or walk to the nearby , Lynn Hall park, Times Square were there are boutique shops, food & entertainment district and so much more that is coming back to life.
Rent one of the many island charter boats, SUP, or kayaks. Take an airy Parasail ride or sign up for a guided dolphin tour by boat or waverunner.
If gaming is your interest The Bonita Springs Poker room offers one of southwest Florida's most popular poker rooms with cash games and daily tournaments. Looking for the sounds of a casino, it's an easy ride out to the Seminole Casino for Slots of Fun and games.

Vacation with the grandkids

Wonderful wonderful condo could not have been accessorized better kitchen has everything you need master bedroom very comfortable. Location is close to everything that a person would want we took pirate ship rides dolphin Tours and went to small other islands to collect seashells unbelievable how many seashells there are grandkids loved it the only negative is that if you don't like heat and humidity don't come in August otherwise it was perfect

Wonderful stay at Gateway Villas condo 596

We enjoyed our stay at Gateway Villas. This was our 2nd time renting, different condo this trip. Absolutely lovely , updated condo with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. The views from the lanai are spectacular and we loved the location of the complex.. in the quieter end but still within walking distance to Times Square. Having a washer/ dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Beach and pool are wonderful. We met many lovely guests and owners and can't wait to go back!! Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us. We had the best time at Fort Myers Beach.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation rental, this is the place for you. On the beach and just far enough away from Time Square that you can choose to relax at a quiet beach at the villas or take a short walk up the beach to the pier. This newly remodeled villa is spacious and beautiful. The screened in porch is perfect to watch the sunset or see dolphins in the morning. We fixed dinner a few nights and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. They supplied beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which was very nice. We also found the property manager to be very efficient when needed. We would definitely recommend this rental to other friends and family.

Awesome location!!

Beautiful condo with direct Gulf views, we had breakfast everyday on the huge lanai. Super clean and modern. Located on the North end of the beach, less traffic and only a five minute walk to all the action.

Good Beach View

Amazing view of ocean, sunsets and just 10 steps to the beach. Overall very updated and nice condo, one of the nicest condos I have stayed in at the beach before. Good outdoor seating area with screen in so no bugs. Good location to times square and pier just a 10 minute walk.

Nice building, quieter end of island, good beach and just about everything you need in this condo. Ocean front, perfect large screened in patio, and the management company is awesome. Easy checkin/out and quick responses to any questions that may come up. This condo is clean, modern and equipped. Great stay!

Perfect Vacation

This was a wonderful place to rent for a family of five. The pictures of the condo does not do it justice. Everything in the condo is high-end and beautiful. The condos has a large balcony that overlooks beach oven. We were there March 20, 2021 - March 26, 2021. As you can guess spring break was in full swing but the beach in front of the condo was not busy at all. I would definitely stay in this condo again.
