Love an adorable Cabin in Fredericksburg TX

LOVE is our Brand New Cabin at City on a Hill in Fredericksburg Texas! More pictures coming soon! Enjoy the relaxing view from your back porch that jets out over the cliff overlooking Spring Creek. There is a firepit, Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic tables in the common area.
The cabin is private and will boast a brand new Hot Tub! Stay in `LOVE`!

Your visit is just a few days away!


On the day of arrival, I will text you the code to the keypad on your back door (located on the back porch) and your Cabin information.
Please email me the preferred cell number for the information to be sent.


Attached is a layout of the property. I hope it helps you to get to know the area and have a great time when you are here!


Helpful Information:
*Check in is any time after 3:00pm, Check out is 11:00am
*The Cabin is equipped with: full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, electric skillet or griddle, and a private hot tub on the back porch.
*We also supply all linens, paper products, travel sized toiletries, coffee pods, and sweetener
*Please let me know if you have more than 2 guests or a pet. Pets are allowed, but there is a $40.00 pet fee/per pet. Weight Limit 50 lbs. If you have a special circumstance, please feel free to message me.
*Our property extends to the other side of the creek so feel free to walk around and enjoy the animals and wildlife.
*We have a firepit in the middle of the property for our guests. I supply the wood.
*We have a new charcoal grill located between the cabins, by the firepit and a picnic tables. I do not supply charcoal, starter or lighters
*We have a pony pen on the other side of the creek and our ponies love attention and treats!

A beautiful Hill Country Drive to the cabin, with large Ranches surrounding the area and a few homes. The cabin is tucked away about 15 minutes from downtown Main Street Fredericksburg Texas. The views are everywhere!

Walk or Drive to the other side of the creek. Your cabin overlooks Spring Creek, but the fishing is best on the other side. There is private covered parking for your cabin.
Pets are allowed but there is a $60.00 pet fee/per pet. Limit two pets. Weight limit 50 lbs. Feel free to contact me if you have a unique situation

Great Place to Stay

I did not want to leave. The cabin was clean and our stay was peaceful. I loved walking my small dogs around the property and visiting the donkeys. Was also great to relax in the hot tub and sip wine we purchased in Fredericksburg. I love birds and the hummingbirds were abundant. Thank goodness Jean replaced the feeder daily or they would have been out. I enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder out front of the cabin while my pups played in the fenced yard. I can't wait to go back!

Small, but super cute!

My spouse and I stayed over the weekend and enjoyed the small cabin. It was very clean and the air conditioning worked great! I was so nervous about that because it’s so hot in Texas during the summer. We visited many of the wineries nearby for wine tasting as well. We ended up going to Velvet Lounge (highly recommend) for karaoke and then back to the cabin to relax in the jacuzzi. It was set at the perfect temp even though it was warm out, it was still very nice. Would definitely visit again!

What a beautiful experience

10/10 on this two day stay. The check-in process was very simple, cabin was clean and cozy. I was amazed by The whole experience’ life in the hill country with ponies grazing by our cabin. Sunsets were beautiful and mornings were even more beautiful with deer grazing and wildlife. Winery down the st like 1min away so that was definitely a plus.. other wineries ranged from about 10-45 min drive but the scenery made it all worth it. Beautiful stay!! I recommend for a love getaway! Hot tub was perfect and the stars were spectacular !! Great and wonderful hosts as well! Very happy.

Amazing Stay!!!

Calling this cabin “Love” is an understatement. My husband and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day and this cabin was unforgettable!!! We loved it! It was extremely clean, had stunning views of the Texas Hill Country and surrounding wildlife, including a lovely creek and some on-site ponies that you can go visit and pet while you’re there. The interior and exterior decorations were stunning and gave such a quaint and romantic feel which was exactly what my husband and I were hoping for. The hot tub was a great amenity and was positioned perfectly to where it was very private but also had a beautiful view. The host thought of absolutely everything you could need, even down to some small details that made it feel very cozy and home-y. She also added a few really nice surprise touches which we really appreciated. The host also was very friendly and communicated very clearly, providing detailed instructions on what to expect which also made checking in and out a breeze. 10 out of 10, would recommend! Hopefully we will be going back for another visit in the future!

Walking up Love’s front entrance, we were met by a kaleidoscope of butterflies. It was magical! We hit the very relaxing hottub right away, delighting in the fact it was all ready for us! After enjoying the warm bubbles for a while, loving the gorgeous views, we donned the bathrobes waiting (& provided!) for us & sat on the back deck overlooking the full creek…& pony pen! As we sipped local wine we had chilled in the fridge, & waved at Sugar, the sweet white & chestnut spotted pony, dragonflies performed aerobatics among the trees & flowers. Martins, Mourning doves, & mockingbirds all chirped & sang out as the sun set in full view of our comfy chairs & table, leaving a low light-pollution night sky filled w/ stars. S’mores while sitting around the fire pit w/ firewood chopped up for us. Settling in for the night, grateful for the sound-insulated, pretty. wooden walls of our cabin, decorated w/ touches of elegance & vintage pieces. The king-sized bed was so snug we drifted to sleep right away, feeling safe in such a welcoming, clean home away from home. Padding to the bathroom in the middle of the night, a fluffy heart-shaped rug cuddled our toes. Waking up to crystal Chandelier lights & coffee provided for us via a convenient Kuerig, we sipped on the front porch on the cutest outdoor conversation loveseat w/ a table built in, enjoying the birds, rabbits, squirrels, & free-range ponies waking up with us. Idyllic pastoral sounds of moos & bleets completed our amazing visit.

Perfect romantic stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our pup and it was the perfect romantic getaway. The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the cabin stayed surprisingly warm on a frigid weekend, and the hot tub was a great touch! We were only 15 minutes outside of downtown Fredericksburg with plenty of wineries nearby. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to pet the ponies across the creek but hope to on our next visit. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Rest and Relaxation

We stayed at this location to visit Fredericksburg and it’s surroundings. It took around 10 minutes to get to everything, but felt like you were far away from the stresses of the world. We loved it. The hot tub on the back porch was amazing we spent many hours in it watching sunsets and hanging out. We stayed in the “Love” cabin. It was spotless and had all the accommodations we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Love is in the air

This cabin was so charming and cute. The attention to detail was done beautifully and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this property for a romantic getaway with your loved one. It was a peaceful, relaxing and beautiful setting. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful, relaxing!

Perfect get away and perfect spot right outside of town. We loved staying here! It was peaceful and very beautiful property with the little river behind our cabin. Very clean! Definitely going to stay here again!

Great pandemic getaway!

We stayed at another one of their properties due to a plumbing issue but it was great. The cabin is wonderfully spacious enough for two people and our cute conure, Pudge. We loved walking around the property to feed the mini horses and donkey. The property is a nice scenic 15 minutes from Fredericksburg. We absolutely loved being able to drive away from all the people considering Fredericksburg was busy even on weekdays. The hosts were pleasant and responded quickly when we had questions. The best part was that they really mean PET friendly not just dog friendly.
