Lone Star Cabin No. 5 is located just 5 ½ miles east of downtown Fredericksburg on US Hwy 290 right in the middle of a number of special destination points. The Cabin is approximately 900 square feet in size with a large Primary Bedroom, King size bed & closet, and large bathroom. The floor plan includes a living room, kitchen Island with seating and full kitchen (open concept). There is a smart TV in the living room. The Cabin has a front and back covered porch areas with rocking chairs.

We loved the cabin and thought it was perfect for us. We are enjoy being out of all the downtown traffic; but wanted to be close enough to eat at restaurants. The herd of elk were interesting to watch. Firepit was great and we used it both days.

Great quiet little place.

Several cabins together but still some privacy. Great layout just close enough to town to be convenient but not busy. Also just a bit off the highway so it’s also pretty quiet.
