We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the the Gaebel's lovely home. The property was larger and more beautiful than the pictures. The home was spotless. Steve promptly responded to our questions. Wifi was spotty, but that can be expected in the mountains. Lincoln was a wonderful base camp for the many activities and day trips we enjoyed. We were so glad we rented this home!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Check in was easy and host was very responsive.The location was another highlight—perfectly situated close to many sightseeing activities, attractions, restaurants, and local points of interest. It made exploring the area easy and convenient. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location.

A great visit was only spoiled by the lack of reliable internet. The service was hit or miss at best. Mostly miss. Also, the corner of the living room rug is curled up is dangerous. Otherwise only positive comments.

The unit was clean, welcoming and check in was smooth. Steve was quick to help resolve a small problem and we settled in for our "escape" The only down side was a very spotty internet so television was not dependable. Honestly, none of us really missed the news of the world. We walked, played games, talked and laughed in a very comfortable living room. Our desire for internet was more to do with connecting with family while away. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were good quality. Towels were plentiful but wash clothes seem to be a missing item in most rentals now. If you are use to one when you shower remember to bring your own. There are ample restaurants within and easy walk or short drive. The Common Man is reliably delicious with outstanding service.

Wonderful stay!

This house was excellent and had everything we could possibly need. It’s in a very convenient location and the pool was right around the corner! Easy access to the wonderful things the White Mountains have to offer. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful condo in the White Mountains

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable in a great location close to all the activities in Lincoln. We had a little hiccup at check in but the owner is prompt to respond. We come often so this will be on our list of places to stay

This home is a very clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet community with a lot of privacy. The home features are as described by the owner. We have stayed in the fall for several years and every stay has been delightful.

Absolutely perfect

Every year we do a guys trip to the White Mountains. This is the best place we’ve stayed yet. It’s clean and spacious and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Steve, the host is responsive and easy to work with. It was a great experience.

Beautiful home!

This lovely home was modern, clean, and had so many nice touches - abundant cookware in the kitchen, movies to watch, cozy seating, hampers in each bedroom. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute drive to Lincoln and its many shops and restaurants. Close to lots of great hiking too! Our host Steve was very responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

Very quiet location...Home is clean and comfortable. well stocked cooking kitchen. No problems with check in or with any of the home. Between the pools and the stocked games, there is no time for children to be bored.

Fantastic get away

We had two families staying here and loved every aspect of the property and experience! Everything you could need was there - kitchen items, towels, sheets, etc. Super quiet area, great pool facilities, and just a beautiful neighborhood. Steve was responsive and helpful when we had a bit of a learning curve with the thermostat. All in all, 5 stars, would 100% recommend.
