Luxury Accomodations in Forest Ridge....Just minutes from Loon Mountain, along the "Kanc," near Echo Lake Beach, Hiking trails, Clark's Bear Shows, Whale's Tail Water Park, Swimming areas, etc.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, condo (first floor end unit with private deck) with:
.......Central Air Conditioning......., gas fireplace, mudroom with ski storage, washer and dryer, range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, dishwasher, cable tv, wifi, private porch, access to back yard.
Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, exercise room, game room, free shuttle during ski season to Loon ski lifts, great views of ski area trails, excellent location, convenient access to restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, coffee/bake shop and various clothing and other shopping in town too!

Master BR has a new queen bed, private bathroom, slider to deck; 2nd bedroom has a queen bed; and the bunk room has a twin over full and twin over twin. 2nd bathroom is large with plenty of towel hooks;
Bath and beach towels, wash cloths, plus shampoo and body wash provided.

Wonderful for summer weeks of hiking, biking, nature trail walks, swimming, boating, ziplines, put put golf, ATV rides, train rides, adventure centers, gondola rides, bear shows at Clark's, Whale's Tale Water Park, Flume Gorge, the Basin, Echo Lake at Franconia Notch, and all things outdoors.

Wonderful for winter stays and very close to Loon Mountain Ski Resort!! Accepting winter season rental offers now!!

Keep Happy Place Resort in mind for the fall foliage along Kancamagus Hwy and even the Scottish Highland Games! as well as Octoberfest!

This was such a spacious and cozy rental that accommodated my family of 6 plus grandparents. We loved the gas fireplace and AMPLE storage for all of our skiis and snow gear. The shuttle for Loon stops immediately infront of the building which made transportation easy. There are so many amazing local shops and restaurants- we hardly cooked because we enjoyed the local food so much. The Ice Castles were another amazing thing to visit, only a 6 minute drive! We loved this little trip!

Octoberfest family weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was well equipped and the hosts were very welcoming. It worked well for our family staying there and also for large family dinners for our family that owns in Lincoln. Walk in was great for my 95 yo dad and also for my 10mo old grandson and all his gear. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The bear hotel

This was our 2nd time staying here and we were just as happy as we were the first time!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room! The condo is clean and well stocked. We also love the location! My kids always ask to go back to “The Bear Hotel”. They love all the bear decor!

We fell in love with skiing during winter, and also look forward to "The Notch", Flume Gorge, hikes, golf, biking, and zip lining in spring, summer, and fall!

Why they chose this property

Lincoln NH is just a 2 hour drive from the Boston area; home to Loon Mtn skiing, beautiful outdoor summertime exploring the "Kank"; running straight through fall foliage prime viewing; and the unique, yearly Highland Scottish Games. For variety, Bretton Woods is only a 30 minute drive north, and other ski locations are within an hour as are many golf courses.
