We welcome you to stay at our beautiful, quiet beach house – perfect for family getaways. This spacious, clean home is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and located close to the beach club, golf, and other amenities. This home is a blend of comfort and function, with many spots to relax, retreat and entertain.
The open-space living room features a beautiful fireplace, elevated ceiling, abundant seating, natural light and a large TV. Off of the living room, the large eat-in kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and dishes. A propane grill sits on the deck, and the screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine, while watching the deer and wildlife in the quiet yard. The laundry room and half bath are also located in the hallway.
The large master suite, conveniently located on the first floor features a comfortable king bed, TV, and a bath: with walk-in shower, skylights that flood the room with natural light, and a double-sink vanity. Also on the first floor, the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk beds.
The large third bedroom retreats off the kitchen living area over the garage and offers a king bed, a sofa sleeper, TV and ensuite bath. Linens, towels, and a starter amenity pack is provided for your convenience.
The garage is attached to the home. A large driveway features ample parking.
Pets NOT allowed
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
