This bright and stylish villa offers a welcoming retreat just moments from the beach and top local attractions. After a day of sun and surf, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then fire up the private gas grill for a relaxed evening meal. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the fully renovated kitchen to the dining and living areas, featuring bar-height seating for four and a comfortable, social space to gather.



Upstairs, a newly enclosed second-story area adds over 400 square feet of living space, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with new beds and mattresses, while both bathrooms have been fully updated, including a spacious walk-in shower upstairs and a brand-new ensuite bathroom on the main floor.



Outside, enjoy meals al fresco in the inviting dining area. Guests also have access to The Lake House at Seabrook (with paid admission), offering an indoor heated pool, fitness center, and library. Freshfields Village, shopping, and entertainment are less than five miles away, and the charm and history of downtown Charleston await just 24 miles from your door

Great location!

Fantastic location walking distance from the beach, golf club and pool. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Although managed through Wyndham properties, the check-in/out process was very convenient.

The villa was a perfect spot for our family! The villa is updated and clean. It is a very short bike ride or walk to the beach and also the beach club. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, well appointed kitchen, bathrooms need updating, upstairs balcony is shoddy, add chair

We’ve stayed in Spinnakers numerous times and they offer comfort and convenience. Overall it was fine, the kitchen is well stocked w quality cooking tools. The beds were comfortable. I really missed having a screened porch and the porch off the master could benefit from a second chair , perhaps a table , outdoor covers so that the cushions on the existing chair were not sodden, dirty and cob webbed. The bathrooms both could stand an update.

Gorgeous

We loved the location of this condo as it was very close to a beautiful beach. The condo itself had a recently updated kitchen (it was soooo well stocked with everything you’d need to cook) and living room. The check in process was a little chaotic as the condo was not clean and ready for us until 6pm, we actually walked in on the cleaning lady. We were also unclear on how to get the amenity card to access the pools and had to drive to a few different places until we figured out how to get one but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Beach Weekend

We had an amazing time and loved the location!! My sister's children have never really taken a vacation due to severe allergies. They have been working on those and have -- with much therapy and help -- overcome most of them. My sister, out of necessity, is a cleanliness freak and was afraid we were going to have to "re-clean" the place to make it doable for the girls. She was pleasantly surprised with how clean the property was and was able to relax and enjoy herself and feel her children were safe. She is so excited by this, she said she would have to come to this location again with the rest of the family!! Thank you for a stellar experience!!

Beautiful Island

The location can’t be beat - nice walk or bike ride to the beach area. Seabrook Island is just wonderful. The condo unit itself was for the most part nice. The kitchen was well done. Living room furniture was nice and comfy. There was an issue with WiFi but the management company was on it quickly. The decks (and grill) need a major cleaning. The grill did NOT have a propane tank. In my opinion the linens could use an updating. Bed and bath areas felt a bit “beat up”. It’s a great rental - just in need of a bit of TLC in a few spots.
