🥨 In the heart of Strasbourg, the GUTENBERG 3 apartment is located in a building built in 1768, located at 12 Rue de la Mésange, at the corner with the student square. It welcomes you in a warm and comfortable setting, completely renovated in the summer of 2022.

🏡 The apartment is composed of:
🍽️ a living room, comprising a lounge area (sofa and television), a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, grill -bread),
🛏️ a spacious and bright bedroom, with two single beds,
🚿 a bathroom with walk-in shower and washer-dryer,
🚽 a separate toilet.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. You have the possibility to book several apartments in this building.

🅿️ The Kleber or Opéra public car parks are 200m away, with a price of €44 for around 24 hours.
🅿️ The P2 Sébastopol public car park is 600m away, with a price of €20 for around 24 hours.

🌃 The Grande Île de Strasbourg, sometimes called "Island Ellipse", is the most central and most characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it is the historic center. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

sehr schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage
Das Appartement ist perfekt in der Altstadt Straßburgs gelegen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig bis auf die Straßenbahn, die man jedoch bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum hört. Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die zwei Einzelbetten sind bequem, das Schlafzimmer mit Regal, ein paar kleineren Schränken und einem Tisch ist sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und sehr hell mit einem großen Fenster und einer sehr großen, gut funktionierenden Dusche. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt inklusive einer Nespressomaschine, Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr. Das einzige, was ich hier empfehlen möchte ist ein funktionierendes Brotmesser. Die Beleuchtung in der gesamten Wohnung ist sehr gut gewählt. Eine kleine Lampe für ein gemütliches Licht könnte noch ergänzt werden. Es gibt in beiden Räumen eine Klimaanlage und eine Handtuchheizung im Badezimmer. Das WC ist separat. Von hier aus ist man schnell in der schönen Altstadt, bei der Kathedrale und Petit France. Zum Bahnhof kommt man bequem in 15 min. zu Fuß, von wo aus wir Ausflüge nach Colmar und Obernai unternommen haben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
