Stunning, welcoming, and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo in the Stoneybrook Community, located in Estero, Florida.This property is located on the 2nd floor featuring breathtaking views of the 11th hole of the golf course. The condo is beautifully full furnished with an open concept layout featuring vaulted ceilings with new fixtures, mirrors, newly painted, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for use. The master suite has a brand new queen size bed, mounted wall TV, walk-in closet and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a brand new queen size bed, and adjacent full bathroom. Hi-Speed WIFI included. Laundry is located inside the condo. New living room furniture with traditional design. The screened lanai offers gorgeous views of palm trees, and lush tropical landscaping while watching golfers all day.

The Stoneybrook Community features: 24-hour security, gated entrance, community clubhouse, 3 heated pools, spa, fitness center, tennis, basketball, pickleball, in-line skating, volleyball, bocce ball, walking and jogging trails, and a full time business center. Stoneybrook Golf Club is a top rated golf course that is open to the public with reasonable rates.

Condo is conveniently located in the heart of Estero! The location is a shopping paradise including 3 shopping centers including Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point, and Gulf Coast TownCenter. Hundreds of bars and restaurants nearby. Florida Get-Away

This property was exceptionally clean. It was furnished nicely, but could use night stands and a lamp in the second bedroom. We chose it for its proximity to areas we are familiar with. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic condo, wonderful stay

Over the course of my travels, I have stayed in dozens of really nice vacation homes and Steve's Estero, FL condo is one of the nicest vacation home I have ever had the pleasure to rent. Our stay was for 6 weeks and it would be an understatement to say that my husband and I enjoyed every moment of the stay. The condo is updated, impeccably decorated and most importantly, well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long term stay. It literally felt like our home away from home. The location is perfect...very private, quiet and with a pristine view of the 11th hole on the Stoneybrook golf course. Having a quiet environment was extremely important to me as I was working full-time remotely. Little did my co-workers up North know that I was working while enjoying the beautiful warm weather, while they were all back in New Jersey dealing with snow/ice storms! ;) Steve is a wonderful host and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was good. I recommend Steve as an A+ host and I recommend his wonderful Estero condo, without any hesitation. We look forward to staying here again!

My wife and I recently purchased this condo. The entire condo was painted, newly decorated, with all new furniture.

We are excited about this property because of several reasons. First, it is located on the 11th hole of Stoneybrook Golf Course. This PGA rated course is an excellent course to play with many challenges.

Second, the condo is in the heart of Estero. Minutes from EVERYTHING!!! Minutes from some of the best shopping in Florida. 3 different malls are less than 10 minutes away. (Miromar, Coconut Point, and Gulf Coast Center)

Many bars and restaurants are located nearby for your dining pleasure.

Minutes off of I-75 with easy access.

Hertz Arena, Florida Gulf Coast University, beautiful beaches are only minutes away
