Communication was great, especially with Hurricane Isaias hitting the day before we were to arrive and adjusting the reservation by a day due to the power outage. Room was exactly as pictured and conveniently situated on the first floor by the door leading to the pool and beach. Checking out was super easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Luau

The condo was so cute and clean. It had everything we needed to make our vacation stress-free. The host had wonderful communication and made us feel right at home at the Luau. We would definitely stay here again!

Luau 2 at Sandestin Resort is a great place. It has all the amenities you could ask for. Acres to the tram was a big plus. Tufan was a great host, communication was excellent as to expectations, suggestions for things to do, etc.

Relaxin’ at Sandestin

The property was very clean. Several times throughout our stay we saw maintenance keeping it clean. Loved the pool and sidewalks to run on. Enjoyed using the tram and accessible beach property.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this resort as part of a large group. This unit was perfectly located close to the beach with a beautiful pool near by. The property management was excellent and very responsive.I would love to come back again.

Beautiful location

The property was very clean. The photos in the listing are the exact unit and are exactly as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again the next time we are in the area. The host was wonderful and very informative with info on things to do and stuff in the area before we got there.

Great Vacation Getaway!

Our Vacation at Sandestin Ground Floor Studio at Luau exceeded our expectations! The ground floor studio had everything we needed and more! It was very comfortable! We loved the Beach Theme, king bed, and location! Parking was close and walk to the beach was about 2 minutes. The resort was beautiful and had plenty of things to do! We enjoyed the Mini Golf Course just a short stroll away. We will definitely book again!

Girls’ trip!!!

We felt the condo was super convenient and very safe for a group of girls. Very clean and neat! The communication from our host was extremely clear and detailed, which we appreciated very much!! Very pleased with our stay, the condo and our host! Highly recommend for small group!

Good room, Great pool

We found the room to be clean and communication with the manager excellent. There were no hiccups and the process was extremely efficient with Sandestin resort. The room is more like a typical hotel room but fit our needs for our short stay before a longer stay in a larger condo unit on the property. The pool at Luau is one of the best on property and we enjoyed spending time there. Our only disappointments were difficulty finding an open parking space and the location of the room immediately inside the lobby door. We expected a lot of noise with the room location and that did occur but didn’t hinder our stay.
