You must be 25 years of age or older in order to rent this property. Maximum of 8 adults and 2 children allowed by the city.
PETS/ SERVICE ANIMALS: Only house trained dogs are allowed (no cats or other animals). Applicable pet fees of $50 flat rate per pet are assessed per stay; dog needs to be approved prior to check in. Animals are not allowed on bedding or furniture, and must be under the control of owner at all times. Note: post check out if animal waste is found on the property or animal hair is found on bedding/ furniture guests may be subject to an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of $100.
