We were able to book a room at the Oak Hill Inn at the last minute and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was clean, the communications were prompt and helpful. We were close to a heavily-traveled road but the room was quiet. We look forward to staying here in the future.

It is a beautiful and clean little bungalow and the freshly picked flowers from their garden were a sweet touch

Great place to stay. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Private entrance and entire place feels very secluded. The cats living on property were very cool.

We really enjoyed being so close to town and able to walk everywhere. We liked the visit from the calico kitty when we were out on the patio one night. We were glad to have a cozy warm room when the weather was cold and windy.

Relaxing Time

Oak Hill Inn is a great place to get away from the stress of the city and just chill. Very cozy and sweet patio area as well - loved being visited by chickens a couple times a day as well!

Amazing place. Like a hybrid between boutique hotel to a romantic cabin. Every thing is just perfect! But my favorite area was the beautiful little pool with the coolest Tavern ever!

Second stay at Oak Hill Inn. Rooms are simple but clean. Small kitchenette includes sink/refrigerator/microwave which is convenient if needed, along with a small seating area. This room also had a private patio with seating area and a hammock. The location is perfect. About a five minute walk to town. Only wish check-in was earlier than 3 PM. Host reached out with all pertinent information with plenty of time and the key combo when the room was ready to occupy. If staying in Julian, I would recommend considering this location.

Incredible stay! The property was a 5 minute walk to Downtown Julian. It was absolutely gorgeous at night with the dark sky community on full effect. Laura (the host) was quick to answer any questions I had, and had some great recommendations for food. Highlight was the 2 surprise visitors we had during our stay. They were such friendly cats. Will definitely come back here!

Quaint

Loved the little Tavern where there are games, snacks, and a variety of drinks. Walking distance to town. Comfortable bed and good coffee in room.

Beautiful little getaway

Love the private little place. Super close to town, great value, and pleasant environment to relax and get away from everything. My only complaint is I didn’t know the owners are always living on the property and may be in the pool area at the same time as guests.
