The Gulf Crest Condominium and Resort is located on the exclusive Thomas Drive area of Panama City beach described as 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches' by the Travel Channel. Eat, sleep or just relax on one of the largest balconies on the Emerald Coast. From your 11th floor beachfront view, watch your family play on the beach, swim in one of the two large pools, or two Jacuzzis or kiddie pool. This large (1388 square foot) and spacious unit is decorated with comfort in mind. The colors are soothing and peaceful for your perfect beach vacation. You may never want to leave, but in case you do, there is excellent dining and family entertainment a short walk away. Enjoy the amusement park, golf, deep-sea fishing, diving, snorkeling or just spend a relaxing day at nearby St. Andrews State Park or Shell Island where you can swim with the dolphins. No traffic jams on Thomas Drive (easy in and out).

The large, open floor plan boasts two bedrooms, two baths, a bunk area and a sleeper-sofa. Master bedroom, living and dining rooms all provide spectacular gulf front views! Ocean front Master suite includes a king-size bed, TV, and large private bathroom with a walk-in closet and washer/dryer utility room.

Guest bedroom has a queen bed with TV. The kids will love the bunk area off the dining room. The comfortable living room features a flat screen TV. The fully appointed and open kitchen has Corian countertops and modern appliances.

Annual Florida trip with friends

Condo was very comfy, cozy and clean! Laundry on site is excellent and laundry essentials provided which was great! Nice area within walking distance to many places to eat. Easy to get to other areas for dining and shopping from this location. Nice property, pool was always sparkling clean! Nice beach with very helpful attendants that help with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Gated community.

Excellent Week

Highly recommend! We stayed in Jimmy's condo for a week and had the best time. Many memories made, and we'll definitely come back again. The condo was spotlessly clean which is a must for our family. Jimmy checked in after we arrived to make sure all was well. Easy check in and check out process. 5+ stars on everything!

PCB 2025

We love this gated complex and the condo is beautiful. We carried my 85 year old Mom and she enjoyed sitting on your spacious balcony. The only complaint we have is, the parking garage spaces are so small, we couldn't always get our SUV in the reserved space if another SUV was parked beside us. Nothing to do with the beautiful condo though, all the units at this complex have this same problem.

We have been coming to.PCB for years. The staff is always friendly as they are always cleaning the property. We have stayed at Gulf Crest Condominiums for the last few years and we absolutely LOVE it!!. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is THE place!!

We love Gulf Crest and had stayed in several different units and they all needed updates or were just satisfactory on cleanliness. So I started checking different units and came across this unit and all the good reviews. Decided to try one more time. This was in 2021 and it definitely lived up to its reviews!! We love it! We rented again this year (2022) Cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in a lot . Owners are Super Nice and even called to make sure I got their email. Easy check in! Well stocked unit! Excellent Condo With Amazing Beach Views and Access

Very nice condo in PCB. Well appointed with everything you'd likely need for a beach vacation. The patio was well equipped and sizeable. Perfect for the family to enjoy the ocean views while avoiding beach crowds. Beach access was excellent when you do head down. Elevators were comfortable and quick. The bedrooms are comfortable and the extra bunks in the dining area closet are handy for guests or just enjoying a book. The kitchen had everything we needed and the additional drink fridge was very convenient.

We love Gulf Crest

We love staying at the Gulf Crest. Every time we have come to Panama City, we have stayed at the Gulf Crest. It is close enough to walk to a lot of places but away from all of the traffic further down the beach. The property owner is very nice and helpful. We was there during a storm and he called to make sure all was good and to reassure us that it would be over quickly.

Great condo with amazing balcony

Spent a great week in this wonderful condo. Owners were super helpful and easy to contact. The balcony is huge and perfect for eating meals with the family or just taking a nap and listening to the waves. Would give our highest recommendation.

Fantastic property

This place was awesome. My sister and I loved the view. Large, roomy unit with big balcony. Most everything we did was in walking distance. Not far to drive for anything else. We will definitely be back! The beach was awesome! The owner was very nice and replied quickly

Excellent getaway

If we have to work remote... why not with a view of the ocean and stunning sunsets every evening? Property was exactly as listed and even more than we hoped for. It was a little chilly (40’s) on some days, but it was much warmer than where we were coming from. And the condos seemed quite empty in the weeks preceding-Christmas, so we had the abundant sun, heated pool and fabulous white sandy beaches largely to ourselves. We even saw a couple of whales (Bryde’s?) off shore in the distance on our last evening!

Fantastic view and easy beach access.

Very nice condo with an exceptional view. The dolphins and stingrays were there most days also.Nice beach area with easy access. Road construction caused some traffic issues but overall a great visit.

We had an amazing time!!! The condo was beautiful and clean. The owners are so nice and respond very quickly. The beds are so comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was so close to everything. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome home away from home

Everything we needed was there. It's a first time vacation in Panama City Beach. View was beautiful. We saw rainbow one morning. Property owner very accommodating, open to questions and response was timely. Highly recommend this home away from home condo.

Great views

Expected unit to be in pristine condition given the reviews. It was not. Furniture was a lot more used than I expected was there was mold all over the wood deck furniture that got on our clothes. There was excessive sand in the master bathroom floor and laundry area from the previous tenants that has not been cleaned up. Communication with the owner was good- he apologized and gave a gift card to a local restaurant but was still frustrating to have to deal with this.

Amazing getaway!!
