**Please note that our cabin is located on a mountain, which is exactly what makes the views so spectacular. The road is paved all the way to the cabin; however, the final **1/8 mile is steep**, which is common for cabins with breathtaking mountain views. During periods of snow, ice, or heavy rain, the road may become slick, and four-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended during winter weather.
