Kiwi Cottage near Disney - 4 Bd/4 Bath w/ Private Pool & Hot Tub

Welcome to Kiwi Cottage your home away from home. You don't need to be a Jimmy Buffet fan to love visiting Margaritaville Resorts Orlando, but it doesn't hurt!

Kiwi cottage is a four bedroom, four-bathroom cottage in Margaritaville Resort Orlando located 3 miles from Disney World. The cottage is a brand new build and completely furnished. Kiwi cottage sleeps up to 11 people and has 2 king beds (one upstairs/one downstairs), a queen bed, a bunk bed with a trundle and a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is also equipped with a large garden tub. Each bedroom features a Smart TV. Kiwi cottage is kid friendly offering a portable crib, steps stools, games and more.

At the top of the stairs your family will find a themed loft with two arcade machines for everyone to enjoy (PacMan and Golden Tee). There is also a full-size washer and dryer upstairs with an ironing board/iron.

The living room is decorated in a Margaritaville theme and features a 70" Smart TV and a sleeper sofa. The cottage is equipped with WIFI Internet and cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plate, cups, utensils, and a full line of cooking pots/pans. You will find everything you need to make that morning cup of coffee or prepare your favorite meal. Our kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, crock-pot, ninja blender and margarita maker. You will also find the following supplies in the cottage to get you started:
- Paper towel,
- Garbage bags (large and small),
- Dishwasher detergent,
- Bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Outdoors you will find a covered lanai with a grill with gas and with plenty of seating for the whole family. There you will find a fenced in yard with a private pool and spa. The pool and spa can be lit up at night for evening enjoyment. There are outdoor games such as corn hole, yard dice and a pool basketball goal!

Heading to the beach for a day? No need to bring your beach towels as we have them for you. We also have 2 beach chairs, floatation devices, and miscellaneous beach toys.

Margaritaville Resort Orlando is located off the US 192 tourist corridor surrounded by every amenity you can imagine. Our cottage is within steps of Sunset Walk featuring many of our favorite restaurants and shops. Within a mile or two of the cottage along US 192 you will find more restaurants, groceries, souvenir shops, just to name a few. Margaritaville Resort Orlando is also home to H2O Waterpark (admission not included) and is located three miles to the Disney theme parks.
