Beautiful getaway for friends or families
Escape to Palm Springs in this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a pool and spa*. Featuring a hip and spacious interior with a fireplace and kitchen that is stocked for cooking, a backyard with bbq grill*, sun bathing chairs, hammock, 100” projector screen* and an outdoor gym, all with beautiful mountain views.
*Heating the spa is $75/day. Advance notice is required.
Other things to note:
All newer, GE open-concept kitchen has breakfast bar, white quartz counters, glass tile back splash, soft-close cabinets and drawers and new stainless steel double sink. Great room with fireplace. Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool, spa and garden. Master bath features a new vanity with double sinks and white quartz counter tops and separate stall shower and water closet. Two more guest rooms are in the west wing. Hall bath with a tub/shower combo features all new tile, cabinets, mirrors, commode, and white quartz counter tops. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Fourth bedroom on the opposite side of the house has a full sized, memory foam pull-out mattress and doubles as an office. Indoor laundry located next to the kitchen. Single car garage. Newer light ash colored tile throughout the main living areas and hallways.
You can explore around the city as this home is a 10 min. bike ride from Downtown Palm Springs (5 min by car) or 15 min from great hikes and amazing golf which is also nearby.
Guests are responsible for reading house rules thoroughly prior to stay.
House Rules:
AT THE END OF YOUR STAY:
--> Laundry – Please put all bed linens, towels, and house laundry in the washing machine at the end of your stay.
--> Dishes – Please put all used dishes in the dishwasher at the end of your stay. Please put one dishwasher pod in the designated area and start the dishwasher by
1) pushing the “Select Cycle” button;
2) select “Auto Sense”;
3)push the “Start” button TWICE
--> Trash – Please take all trash and put it in the City Trash & Recycling containers at the end of your stay. Trash containers are located in the garage.
--> Cleaning – Please leave the home in the condition that you found it. If there is an excessive mess, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Do not touch pool plumbing or electrical equipment.
• Backyard Shed is off limits
• Keep all doors shut when air conditioning is on.
• To avoid wind blowing throughout the home, keep all doors shut.
• Tie outdoor umbrellas shut when not in use
• No smoking inside the house.
• Per the City of Palm Springs, we have strict occupancy rules on the property at any time: maximum of 12 people during the day, 8 people during the night. Should we find more have stayed, you will be charged $100/person per night and run the risk of *major* fines.
• Only 4 cars may be on the property at any time (this includes the street in front of house).
• To abide by Palm Springs’ strict “Noise Free Ordinance,” Guest will observe quiet between 10pm and 8am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. No amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time per Palm Springs’ ordinance. Guests may be charged a minimum $500.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints.
• Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 3:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 5:00 P.M.
• Guest should be aware that pools and surrounding patios can be dangerous. NO DIVING. NO GLASSWARE is permitted in the pool area. No running around the pool area.
• No parties.
• Please do not sit on any indoor furniture in wet swimsuits or with sunscreen on.
• The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss/damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
• Use gym equipment at your own risk.
• If guests damage the home, renter will be charged in full for damages.
• The sewer system is very effective, but please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that other products have clogged the system, you could be charged for costly plumbing repairs. - This home is privately owned and managed; the owner assumes NO liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
• Minimum age requirement is 25 for renters, per the City of Palm Springs.
