Large family resort home includes an inground pool, 7 acres of private lot, hot tub, basketball court, playground, outdoor fireplace, gym and more! 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths, finished basement, and lots of entertainment areas. Great place to escape and enjoy some family time! County setting but only a 5 minute drive to Cambridge Square in Ooltewah and Southern University, 30 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, and 10 minutes to Summit Fields. No Events. Property ideal for 2-3 couples and some kids.

The PERFECT Southern Plantation

This home was even better than it looked in the listing!!! Three stories of perfectly decorated, very organized, picturesque space. Plenty of room to hang with family. Kitchen was immaculate and well outfitted. For such a nice looking home, it was extremely comfortable for us and our teenage kids. Felt very much like”home”.The outdoor space was also perfect. 7 acres, with a great outdoor patio dining table, hot tub, and large pool.The hosts were very kind, communicative, and patient with some of the questions I had about certain functionalities of the pool, etc.Highly recommend their beautiful home for your future stay. We will definitely be reaching out to them again.

Family Friendly Dream Home

Blown away by our stay. We had 3 couples with small children and there was plenty of room for activities both indoor and outdoor for everyone. Only 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and the perfect spot for our weekend getaway

Beautiful home, wish we could’ve stayed longer

Beautiful home, well-maintained, and very clean. We were happy with all the amenities. Lots of on-site activities for those with children and young adults. Wish we had the ability to stay longer to make use of all of the amenities on site and the greater Chattanooga area to explore.

Mini reunion

This spacious house was wonderful with all the amenities. Went beyond our expectations. Great for our young grandchildren with all the activities available. Loved the chickens and fresh eggs too.

Incredible family getaway!

This large, warmly accommodating home was the prefect fit for our 4 families with young grandchildren! There was plenty to keep us entertained with the basketball court, chickens, kids play area, hot tub, patio, screened in porch, front porch, and downstairs media room. Meals were awesome with the best ever stocked kitchen. Tiffany was very responsive with any question or needs we had. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful park like experience

Can't say enough. The overall experience we had both at this property and the area we visited was exactly what we were looking for. The home showed pretty much as what was shown in the listing, but was much, much better in reality. The home was very well furnished and very inviting. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and even found things we didnt even think of, but our host did. There was plenty of room and many things to do inside the house for both the adults and kids. But the real pleasure was outside. The kids couldnt get enough of the outside activities. Great memories were made watching and playing with them on the trampoline, swingset, basketball court and we set up a slip and slide in the backyard that keep the kids busy forever. The kids had their scooters and spent time just going back and forth on the long smoot driveway. They played soccer, and even spent a couple hours catching fireflys in the front of the house was the adults relaxed on the front porch. Watching the kids go out to the chicken coop and get eggs in the morning, letting them out in the afternoon and free range, and corraling them back in the coop in the early evening was exciting for them and just a great memory for us. The house isnt more then 5 -10 minutes away from almost anything you need and 30 - 35 minutes away from alot more. We did the incline railroad, cooledge park, Lake Winnie, Tennessee railroad ride and museum, Even did a family visit to a local farm. Super Time

Perfect for family vacation with kids.

We definitely would stay here again. Plenty to do inside and outside. Kids played outside and had plenty of games and toys inside. This was a very blessed and special time for our family. Best equipped kitchen I have experienced. House was spectacular and cozy. Close to attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Excellent home for families

We rented the house for a large family vacation (5 adults and 5 kids). This home was perfect for our group. The home was large so we had plenty of space to fit everyone comfortably. The kitchen table was even large enough to fit us all, which is always a challenge. The home had so much for the kids to do which was great for the days we didn’t have activities planned. The location was secluded and private but still convenient to doing things around Chattanooga. Tiffany was an excellent host and was very prompt in all communication before and during our stay. It was a great vacation for our entire family, we can’t recommend the property enough. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Upscale Fun and Quiet

Amazing vacation

We have stayed at a lot of home on our Family Trip in the past. This one was by far the best. The home was very clean and inviting. It was big enough for our while family. And the chicken are the best. My grandson now wants some. And we had fresh eggs every morning.

Great Tennessee Hideaway

This is a beautiful, well stocked house perfect for the whole family! Tucked back a wooded lane, but a short drive to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this house if you are going to be in the area!!

Perfect getaway

Great location, accommodations, amenities and host. A large(er) family trip - originally 10 of us with 2 surprise guests last minute, plenty of room for all from all aspects of the house - beds/bath/space/social areas etc.. Very relaxing and felt like our home away from home. If back in the Chattanooga area again will definitely stay here.

Beautiful getaway

We loved staying at this beautiful home! It is beautifully decorated and so spacious. Our young grandchildren had so much fun playing with all the toys they had available as well. Our son's enjoyed the basketball court. It's a great place to have a family vacation.

Perfect house for a group!

Perfect house on a large, secluded lot! We enjoyed our 5 night stay with adults and kids alike. Very clean and homey. Had all the amenities we needed with plenty of space to spread out, inside and outside. Would definitely stay here again.

A Memorable Stay!

From beginning to end the host was great! When we arrived and walked into the property it was much more than the photos. The house was beautiful and very people friendly. Entertainment was throughout the house and my grand kids loved it! We we all so excited about the space and how the accommodations were perfect. Very clean and plenty of toiletries . We enjoyed preparing meals in the very spacious kitchen, This is a house that has everything and you can choose to spend the majority of your time at the house. There’s so much more I can say, but just know that it was WONDERFUL and we are looking forward to our next visit.
