Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

It was nice! Very clean! Need more elevators! 2 for 20 floors is not enough. Shower temperature hard to adjust and changes, making a cool shower at times. We enjoyed our stay

Fun vacational rental

Great location. Kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Master bedroom could use new bed pad and sheets, nothing would stay tucked in as elastic wasn't the greatest. Overall a very nice condo. Would stay again.

Relaxing Week Away

This was our second trip to Gulf Shores. Our rental was on the 13 th floor. We had a beautiful beach view. The accomodations were clean, quiet and all we needed for a relaxing get away. Despite the foggy, overcast weather for several days this trip, we had a great time. The beach here is beautiful. We did a lot of walking on the beach and found lots of beautiful shells.

Amazing Experience

Everything about this property was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had a tiny plumbing issue, and it was handled very quickly by attentive and courteous staff. The security guards were very nice and helpful, and I didn’t feel the property even needed security guards. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway!

The property was wonderful. My husband and I have already talked about booking this condo again! It was on the beach. Only thing between your room and the water was the sand! Everyone was friendly and helpful! 10 out of 10!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the newly updated condo. The location was perfect, the balcony was larger than most with plenty of comfortable and sturdy furniture for the family to relax and watch the dolphins. The condo is in a great central location to restaurants, groceries, and everything else you could need. Furniture was newly updated, modern, and comfortable in all the rooms. The kitchen was a great size. It had all of the pots, pans, plates, etc., but beware there are no spices like salt and pepper or cooking spray that many other condos have. We would absolutely recommend this place to families!

Spring Break 2021

We had a pleasant experience booking and staying in a condo on this property. It was nice and clean, all in working order with the exception of one of the elevators and they were trying to fix it but was having difficulties keeping it running. But we had a very pleasant elevator attendant that was playing musical elevators 😊 It was a nice surprise! I would definitely book another stay and recommend to anyone.

Spring Break

Check in was a bit frustrating, but the property manager and security guard helped us out. The door key pay battery was dead and could not be replaced until the following day. The security guard let us in with is key.

Beautiful condo in a great location!!

This is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view! We had a little trouble at check in but management was super quick in responding and getting us inside. This area felt very safe and the people were very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is to supply the basic needs such as trash bags, toilet paper, and dish washing detergent for our stay. This is the first VRBO I stayed in that did not. Also, supplying a few beach towels and not having to haul ours from home in luggage would have been great! Overall, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Girl's Mother's Day Getaway

Took my mother and met my best friend there for a getaway for Mother's Day! It was amazing! The condo was in the perfect location and the view from the balcony was breath taking. We spent hours on the balcony drinking wine, enjoying the view, laughing and just completely relaxing. Even the little rain that we had did not spoil the event. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing space for us to meet up. The proximity to the beach was great and we really didn't need to bring anything to take to the beach. Everything was there and perfectly packed for easy transport if needed. We cooked in the unit and had everything we needed to enjoy our meals. And the beds....oh my...the beds were so comfortable!! I slept like a baby!! The only issue we had was with one of the televisions not getting reception but it was resolved on the 2nd day of our visit. I hope to return for another visit soon and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Great unit and location

The door code we were given didn't work but we were able to reach the property manager easily to give us a new one. There was no coffee or filters which would have been nice to have, at least for the 1st morning. The ice maker was turned off which we didn't know until trying to make a cocktail the first night and couldn't. There is an ice chest on the 1st floor that charges $6 per bag but after we put the credit card in and opened the door, it was empty so no dice (no ice) there either, plus it took our $6. We were told by property manager that there was ice on every other floor but there's not. Despite those minor annoyances, the unit itself was very nice and comfortable. It was decorated well (not cheesey beachy decor like most of the places). I would definitely stay there again and give it high marks.

Very clean. Advertised as 3 bedroom, but, the third “bedroom “ has no closet and 1 nightstand. No room to walk around bed. Good for one person living out of suitcase or a kid or 2. Our friend had to climb over her partner every time she needed to use the bathroom at night. As for supplies, The absolute minimum was there. Bring potholders and foil and spices for cooking. Do bring extras that they suggest in your letter. You will need them. Toilet paper provided was pretty rough. Beach access was excellent and clean beach. Lots of pool toys and boogie boards. Two chairs and a beach umbrella was provided. You are only allowed 2 parking passes at $40 a pop with 16% tax applied bringing pfrking pass to $46 a car. There were PLENTY of parking spaces in February. We needed 3, but the HOA won’t allow more than 2 per guest. You will pay $25 on open lot without security and it will be 2-3 miles away without a pass. We didn’t use the pool because weather was excellent. We are going to the same condo for spring break. Bringing the grandkids. Will be lots of fun. Close to Walmart. Publix is across the street but expensive.
