Welcome to Star of the Sea! This beautiful end unit town home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, two large decks with ocean views, a private elevator and a community pool. In addition, we are a dog friendly property! This property has been completely redone from top to bottom. All rooms have been freshly painted, the furniture rugs, artwork, and lamps are all new as well!

When you enter the property on the first floor you will find a full size washer and dryer, a large queen master suite with its own on-suite bath, double vanity and tiled shower. The bedroom has a large Smart TV.

On the second floor is the primary bedroom with a California king bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom including a large tiled shower with two shower heads and two vanities. This bedroom has a deck with ocean views. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, Smart tv, and a closet. The fourth bedroom features a set of full over full bunk beds, a Smart TV, and entrance to a full bathroom with tiled shower and double vanity.

The third floor has the best view of the ocean with a large deck and plenty of outdoor seating. With an open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining area, and kitchen, there is plenty of room for everyone. The living room features a huge sectional that seats nine, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen has a large island, plenty of counter space, and is fully equipped, including a Keurig. The dining table seats eight, and built into the kitchen is a fun booth that seats four. The bar also has seating for four, and there is a half bath off the kitchen.

Outside, we have a garage with parking for one car and 2 additional parking spots in the driveway, and an outdoor shower. The community pool is gorgeous, and the beach access walkway is right next to the adjacent building with a short 2-minute walk to the sand. There is also a gas grill for you to enjoy at the house.

We supply the bedspreads, pillows, bedsheets, bath towels, and even the beach towels.
Three bikes are included. Helmets not provided, please bring your own helmets.
Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

If you plan on bringing a dog, please let us know. We charge a $225. Non-refundable dog fee.

NOTE: While this is a dog friendly property, The Town of Kure Beach only allows leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 - March 31. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from 9AM to 5PM from April 1 - September 30. During these times, you must have on your person a bag or container for pet waste until it can be properly disposed of. Said bag or container must be produced upon request by anyone authorized to enforce this ordinance. You can walk your dog on the beach year round in two areas: Freeman Park on the north end of Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher State Recreation area, just south of the house. In Carolina Beach, leashed pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm from April 1 - September 30, and they are always allowed during the off season.
