My family & I had an awesome stay! We especially loved the pool & hot tub. The house was also in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach or restaurants! Hope to come back in the future for another visit.

We had the best time in CB and the home was a huge part of that! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms! Great setup and layout. Lots of space. Perfect location. Very easy to walk. Pool and hot tub. Parking. Big fridge and pantry for all the food we brought. I highly recommend staying here if you are taking a trip here. Attentive host!

This house is amazing. Has everything you need from the pool and hot tub to bring so close to the boardwalk and beach. You never are without something to do. The walk to the beach is not terrible and we had several small kids that didn’t have any issues.

We had a great time at The Black Pearl. Very clean and spacious. Loved the pool and hot tub. Host was quick to respond. Enjoyed the porch on a rainy day. Easily parked four big cars. Golf cart hookup outside was a plus and great for getting to ice cream and the beach.

THIS HOME WAS CLEAN AND VERY WELL STOCKED WITH NEEDED ITEMS. THE POOL WAS A HIT WITH EVERYONE AND REALLY TURNED INTO A KEY POINT OF SOCIAL ACTIVITY. THE HOST(KATHLEEN) WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND MADE A GREAT WEEK EVEN BETTER! THIS IS A WONDERFUL HOME TO VACATION IN, ESPECIALLY WITH EXTENDED FAMILY!
