Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo, all resort amenities, and the private beach. Check-in instructions are sent prior to arrival, and key cards (providing beach gate and home entry) are picked up in the lobby on the first floor.

✦ Primary renter must be 25 years or older

✦ No animals permitted per HOA rules

✦ Signed rental agreement and $500 security hold (authorization) required prior to check-in

✦ Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Hurricane season is June 1 – Dec 1; no refunds for cancellations due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations)
