We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how pet friendly it was. There were treats and dogShampoo and blankets. The host checked in to make sure we were doing ok and we literally have no complaints. My husband, myself and our dogs had a fabulous time we would definitely stay here again. The pool was perfect and the home was clean and comfortable.
Our stay was wonderful, everything was super easy to navigate with great instructions provided
The house was everything that we imagined and more. Our stay was wonderful and provided us everything we needed to feel just like we were home. Would highly recommend renting this house and if you are looking for a Christmas vacation the home was decorated beautifully.
This is our second time to stay at this home. Another fantastic trip. Home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Pride in ownership shows. Very clean and beautiful home. The hosts are very responsive and super friendly. Definitely a return trip when in Phoenix.

Thank you for always being great guests! We hope you'll return again for the holidays!
This property is absolutely amazing and located in a very nice neighborhood. We went in October on fall break and the weather was gorgeous. We utilized the pool and hot tub almost every day. The location was close enough that we drove to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We have rented at several different locations and this is by far the best so far. I would highly recommend this home.
Great house, great pool, great Ocotillo location—on a pond to boot! It was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids ages 10 to 19). The pool and spa were the highlight and kept us cool in the desert heat. The location was especially great for being close to Gram in Sun Lakes. Jen was super responsive with any texts, calls or requests.
We stayed at this beautiful property in April about a week. It is an absolutely stunning place to stay. It's a very peaceful place. A very quiet and clean neighbourhood. The home has everything and more you need to comfortably stay. The pool and hot tub were great and backing onto the pond made it even more pristine. The lights in the evening outside were quite nice too! Jen is a super host and was always available for any questions we had. Absolute pleasure to deal with. This home is located near grocery shopping, restaurants, malls, etc. A perfect stay!!!
This property was perfect for our mini dachshund who could run around in a secure backyard. We loved the oasis feel with lots of birds and ducks flying by. The outdoor furniture was a bit dated and small plus the pool had a permanent sweeper in it which kinda ruined the whole feel and made it difficult to swim. The air conditioning would not turn below 74 degrees so the upstairs was very hot at night. Our children left after the first night because of that. The kitchen was well equipped but with very cheap and dated pans, silverware which made it unfriendly. The cabinets were stuffed with unwanted food items but it was nice to have salt and pepper, sugar and some of those items. Overall the property and neighborhood is nice and the manager responded quickly to our requests. Would stay again if the property were updated and it was cooler.

I want to address a few of the comments in the review that don't accurately portray the rental.
1. Our pool cleaner comes once a week. The pool vacuum is essential for keeping the pool clean in between and can easily be moved out of the way. Without it, I’m sure we’d get complaints about all the leaves in the pool.
2. We purchased the rattan patio furniture brand new two months ago. Other outdoor furniture is in direct sunlight and was chosen because it can survive our brutal Arizona summers.
3. We mention in our listing that the lowest setting for the AC is 74. However, this guest didn’t have it set to that on the one night her daughter stayed. She contacted me on day two saying it was warm upstairs. I checked to see both AC units were set to 77 so I lowered them for her. We have signs next to the thermostats with instructions on how to operate them and have never had guests not adjust the temp on their own before.
4. We provide some food, spices and oils for our guests’ convenience. Just as she appreciated “some of the items,” I know other guests appreciate other items. Our very organized cabinets are not "stuffed,"
5. The silverware and pots were not cheap, but they’re also not brand new because this is a rental and items get banged up quickly.
Honestly it is better than the photos. This place was incredible. Quiet, clean and stunning. The amount of effort the owners put in to make everything easy for their guests really shows that they just want you to have a really enjoyable time. The owner was always quick to respond, she worked with me when I initially had such a hard time booking the place. But seriously I cannot say enough good things about this place. Beds were comfortable, everything was stocked and they even provided extra stuff that made a sweet and caring touch. Just stay at this place... it is beautiful. Definitely one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at.

You were fabulous guests and we're so happy you enjoyed your stay!
We booked a quick trip back to this lovely property before kids went back to school. This is our second stay here and it was great to return to it. Jenn is a pleasure to deal with and is very quick on any questions you may have. I love the ease and flow of the Chandler area and this time we did lots of things. My son took a batting lesson at Legends Batting Cages which is not far from there. We made a day trip out to Tucson that was great! We went to Gilbert for a while and highly recommend going there. Made a trip to Scottsdale that was also great. Shopping malls are close by. Lots of grocery stores. Kids got their back to school haircuts and color at Salon Orozco which is so close to the home. Our final supper was at The Chop and it was delicious! All in all, we would definitely return again. It's a quiet and clean neighborhood which is exactly what I needed.
We had a great time staying in this property. Our family was looking to do a short getaway out of town and this was perfect. We also brought our dog. Thanks Jen for considering our dog who was larger then allowed. The owner was always prompt with responses about questions. The layout of the house was perfect. We loved the pool and the small lake that backs up against the property. We fished in the evening each night by hanging out at back and catching some pretty impressive fish. The kitchen was large and well
Stocked. It makes things so much nicer to go to a property that is well
Stocked like this. The master bedroom ans bath is very comfortable and quiet. The bed in there was the best bed. Bedrooms upstairs were very nice. Again this house was wel stocked with towels and clean and crisp linens. This house is close to dog parks, restaurants, shopping malls, and various fun activities. It is a convenient. Place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Thanks Jen for.letting us bring the big dog and having excellent accommodations.
Stay inside if you dont want to be harassed by owner
The property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated and clean. The only issue and it was a BIG issue was the constant texts from the owner telling us to cut the noise. They installed a decibel meter on the ceiling of the covered patio and when ANY type of communication happened on the patio, the owner contacted us saying it was too loud. Not sure what limits were put onto the meter, but it became a joke after the 4th text on the first night. When we moved to the hot tub and played the music even louder than the patio talking, the decibel meter didn't register any noise. We even walked to the back end of the property and had a hard time hearing the "noise" coming from the patio. So obviously the noise wasn't making it to the neighbors, which were more than 100 yards away. That meter should be moved to the end of the property so renters can enjoy themselves.

I think the guest's own review says it all: they deliberately broke noise rules and even toyed with us after it was addressed. We have clear "no noise" rules at night for two reasons: to be considerate toward our quiet neighborhood and to abide by local laws. We have a big house with plenty of room to be loud inside. If your group needs to make noise outside at night, then this is not the rental for you.
This is a beautiful home and a beautiful view of the surrounding neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful.

This guest claimed his stay was great but he had food poisoning and decided to leave a couple days early. He then attempted to do a charge-back for his entire stay. We blocked that attempt and it seems he retaliated with a poor rating.
