The spacious resort-style backyard features a 5-hole putting green, outdoor TV, heated pool and spa with baja step for lounging, a built-in natural gas firepit, ping pong, and cornhole, and of course a propane grill. Inside, enjoy a game of pool or set up for movie-night on the comfy sectional sofa! We are just half a block off the Scottsdale canal where residents of Scottsdale often enjoy going for a jog or bike ride. Plus, we are less than 2 miles from downtown Scottsdale and all the restaurants, clubs and entertainment it has to offer!

This VRBO was so perfect in many ways for our extended weekend visit to Scottsdale! The heated pool, putting green, and pool table were especially enjoyed by both adults and kiddos! Close proximity to the airport, zoo, and highways worked out great to explore the area and visit family while in town. Our group of 7 were a little sad to say good bye to our "AZ home"! A special thank-you to the host for making sure the home was everything we expected!

This house had everything to make our week long stay a great one…perfect location, plenty of room, lots of entertainment! The back yard was a great place to spend time. The guys loved having the pool table. The owners/hosts have provided more than usual: pool towels, a cooler, blue tooth speaker, games, shampoo and conditioner, soap, enough toilet paper for the whole week, spices and condiments for cooking, etc. we would definitely rent this house again!

Overall we had a great week visiting the Phoenix area. We had a couple of minor issues at the house, but the host was responsive via text and phone. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub did not work at all for our stay, but the host did offer a cursory refund for the inconvenience. While we felt it should have been more of a refund, overall the experience was good and we would stay with this host again, and recommend them.

Great stay

This was a VRBO. It was very clean. And you couldn’t beat the communication between us and the owner. There was a few small issues that the owner addressed immediately which I really appreciated. The pool is clean and my youngest spent a lot of time in it. We didn’t play with the golf because it was just too hot. There was a ton of stuff in the kitchen m. Will definitely come back.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was so amazing! The host was responsive and even let us check in early. It comfortably fit all 10 of us and beds were comfy. The pool was amazing and we swam in it every day! Loved having all the games as well. Highly recommend this place!

This place was perfect for our trip to Arizona! So close to the phoenix airport and close to downtown Scottsdale! We loved the backyard and enjoyed the pool and tv on the patio every day! Wedding Weekend

We had an exceptional stay. Everything about the house was fabulous, especially the backyard. Our only regret was not having more time at the house to enjoy all it has to offer. Excellent Vacation Home

The House was great and had everything you need for a family vacation. The layout, furniture, accessories, everything was just right. There was a high chair and pack and play. And everything worked, the hot tub, the pool heater, etc. The house was well supplied with dishes and other household items. The location was great. Just 10 minutes to airport but you never heard any planes. Quiet neighborhood. Just 15 minutes to anywhere you wanted to go. Lots of little things I'm sure I am forgetting made it a very successful vacation rental.

Great Place!

Came to Scottsdale for a Spring Break trip and this house was amazing. Everything about it was well thought out. Great location and great hosts. The backyard is awesome with so much to do. Hot tub and heated pool were great with some cooler temps during our stay. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Scottsdale-something for everyone

Super clean, well stocked and with something to do for everyone. Had a bbq with friends and family poolside. Putting green, fire pit, outdoor furniture, pool table, ping pong, cornhole and connect four. Was great for college age through senior citizen! Nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Great house in a perfect location

Celebrated my parent's 50th Anniversary with my four brothers. There was something for everyone; from pool to pool table, hot tub to hot coffee, a putt-putt green and proximity to provisions for eats, drinks, and baseball spring training fields. Property owners are gracious, communicative, and on-call. Highly recommended.

Overall we had a good time. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor spaces. The host’s communication was great and fast, and check in and check out were easy. The reason I gave a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 was due to the beds and cleanliness. We did not find the beds very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were stained and dirty. I also noticed some buildup in places such as on the baseboards/trim.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

One of the things we love about this property is that it is in the Historic Village Grove neighborhood. It was established in the 1950's with the classic Scottsdale ranch-style homes. This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood that has nicely spaced homes with sizeable backyards.

We also love how close it is to all that Scottsdale has to offer... we are super-close to Spring Training, the Botanical Gardens and Phoenix Zoo, Barrett Jackson, art and wine shows, hiking, shopping, golf, the Scottsdale Riverwalk and the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.

When we remodeled this home we wanted to maximize the resort-style, fun-factor. So we added 1500 square feet of travertine to the backyard for lounge chairs and outdoor dining, plus a heated pool and spa, and 5-hole putting green.
