Our cabin has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house which provides the utmost privacy for each visitor. Both bedrooms have a king size bed with pillow-top mattresses that make for a good night's rest. Each has a TV. One bedroom is
decorated with a Bear theme and the other with a deer theme. There is a carport for your car and a deck that goes from the carport to the rear of the cabin where the covered porch is located. On the covered porch there are rocking chairs and a table and chairs for eating outdoors, plus an outdoor propane heater for those chilly days/evenings. The hot tub is also located in this area. There are neighbors on each side, but not too close. We cannot see neighbors while sitting on the back porch or sitting in the hot tub, and they cannot see us. You will never have to get out in the rain while staying at our cabin. From the carport you can go directly into the house or take the deck around to the back. From the house you can go directly onto the covered rear porch. No muddy feet or climbing steps at this cabin.

About Connie Vowell
My wife and I live in Maryville TN. When we first looked at this cabin, we knew that we could turn it into a great cabin for people to come to and enjoy. We take great pride in keeping it clean and a desirable place to visit. Be sure and read the review and comments that our previous visitors have made.
Connie Vowell purchased this Cabin in 2004
Why Connie Vowell chose Sevierville
It is the perfect setting - Up high enough to have a great view but not too high. Not very many people can say that they have a view from both the front and back of their cabin. It is in the middle of all the sites that a person will want to see. It is hard to get much closer to the entrance to the park and all the hiking trails.

The cabin is absolutely wonderful! We've been coming to this area for years and have never stayed in a cabin so clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, as was the living room furniture! It was well stocked and the TV is huge! We loved the gas fireplace and the carport is a major plus. The location is beautiful and convenient to everything you could want to do. We'll definitely be back!
Wow! We couldn't ask for a more glowing review. Thank you! And we do hope that you can come back again!
Beautiful cabin, beautiful view!!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is perfect to provide peace and quiet while being close enough to all the touristy things! The cabin was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Loved it❤️
We are glad you were happy with the cabin and with the location. It is our goal to make the cabin clean and comfortable, and to provide you with all the amenities of home. We would love for you to come back again!
Definitely a "Peace of Heaven!"
We couldn't have been happier with the property and the location for our spring break trip with grandchildren. The layout was very comfortable for two couples. The open concept allowed for family time with magnificent views of the mountains. Everything was as pictured and described but even better as the pictures can't capture the wonderful feeling of the place. Connie was so kind and responded quickly to our questions. We enjoyed the area especially the hikes in Smoky Mountain National Park! We were sad to leave and all hope to return again to Peace of Heaven.
We are glad you liked the cabin, as well as the location. We appreciate your kind words, and hope that you will be able to come back soon.
This cabin is super cozy and comfortable. Loved our stay. Connie was extremely nice to us. Would stay in this cabin again.
I'm so glad you found the cabin to be cozy and comfortable. We strive to give our guests that feeling. Please do consider staying with us again whenever you are in the area.
Very nice & clean cabin. Loved it was away from all the busy downtown traffic . Home away from home. Very peaceful !
We agree with you that it is a very peaceful setting. Just close enough to attractions in the area, but not affected by all the hustle and bustle in the cities. Please come again.
We have stayed here in the past and love the layout and upgrades of this cabin.
No water at day three and offensive odor from bear bedroom and bathroom. Had to move to another cabin in the rain. Found out both issues existed before our stay and wondered why the cabin was rented out knowing there were problems. Would love to rent again if issues were guaranteed to be resolved. Owners were nice and made arrangements for us to move but was a great inconvenience during our short vacation.
We are sorry your visit to our cabin did not meet your expectations. We did everything we could to resolve the situation(s).
The water issue was not exclusive to our cabin. There were 7 cabins affected by the problem.
There was a leak in the line down the hill. We were told it was repaired or we would not have had someone come in just to have to move them out. Three days after we were told the problem was resolved, it reappeared. Apparently another break was found in the line further down the hill. Thankfully we were able to find a nice place within about a mile for you to stay.
As for the odor, we had tried to find the source and had not been able to. However, the prior guests said it was not a real problem, certainly not enough to ruin their stay. They even asked to extend their stay.
Both issues have been resolved. The water is working fine. We had a contractor come tear out a wall, and a dead animal was found. It has been removed and the odor is gone.
We do everything we can to allow our guests a problem-free visit. Occasionally things beyond our control do happen. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not happen again. Water lines do freeze and break. The weather is out of our control. And the mountains are full of critters that might get in a building, and are sometimes difficult to locate.
Lots of hiking opportunities in the area. Cades Cove is 13 miles away, and you don't want to miss it. Tubing in the Little River is 5 miles away in Townsend. Fishing in the river is 3 miles away in Metcalf Bottoms. Fishing in a catch and release pond is 1 mile away in Happy Hollow. (No license required but a small fee.) Lake fishing in 2 lakes is about 45 minutes away and is in the same area as the famous DRAGON. The Dragon is on Highway 129 just outside Maryville. This is a famous area for motorcycle enthusiasts. Gambling is legal in Cherokee NC. They are now legally making whiskey in Gatlinburg. There is also a Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg.
