Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Carcassonne. The apartment is conveniently located for easy access to the city and local bars & restaurants. Renaud & Sandrine Gave us lots of good recommendations for food and local amenities. The pass for the underground car park is extremely useful. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Carcassonne.

Nice apartment in so-so neighborhood

The apartment itself was just as pictured—clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood and shared areas of the building were not as presentable and left us a little apprehensive about what we would find inside. Luckily, the apartment itself was quite nice. Dropping off and picking up luggage can be a challenge due to lack of nearby parking. The owner lends a parking pass to an underground parking lot, but it closes at 20:00. We were able to park in a free overnight lot about a 5 min walk away.

Nous avons passĂ© 2 nuits au 32, un appartement spacieux et dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, au calme tout en Ă©tant Ă  quelques minutes d’une belle place piĂ©tonne avec beaucoup de cafĂ©s et restaurants. Nous avons tout fait Ă  pied. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Merci Ă  notre hĂŽte Renaud pour ses recommandations de restaurants !

Schöne Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut und neuwertig ausgestattet und lĂ€sst sich auf Grund der guten Beschreibung im Haus gut finden. Sie liegt in einer schmalen Einbahnstraße, wo ParkplĂ€tze zum GepĂ€ckausladen Mangelware sind. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, La CitĂ© in ca. einer halben Stunde. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

L appartement est comme vous le voyez sur les photos. Il est bien agencé, la literie est confortable et rien ne manque. Il est bien situé. Tout peux se faire à pied. Le fait d avoir accÚs à un parking en sous-sol est un grand plus. La remise des clefs a été facile et trÚs clair. Le gestionnaire est disponible par mail, à l écoute et se soucie de notre bonne installation. C était agréable. Nous sommes ravie de notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l occasion se représente.
