About this property

Cypress Crab House of Steinhatchee! 1 block to river, parking, porch, parking

As you enter the Cypress Crab on the large, screened porch, you are greeted by a large picnic table and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the tranquil yard and outdoors. A propane grill in it is grillin’ and Chillin’ patio with a fan, lights and granite counter. A private outdoor shower (behind the barn in backyard) is provided for rinsing the salt off before relaxing in the house.

The French doors lead you into the kitchen/great room. A large kitchen island that seats 6 and fully equipped kitchen will make meals and snacks easy to prepare during your stay. The great room has a leather (queen sleeper) sectional sofa, leather recliner chair around the large TV equipped with Amazon Fire Stick. There is a daybed with trundle that sleeps 2 more! Large laundry room with washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, walk in closet, and a bath with shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a dresser for storage, TV, as well as a large closet with shelves. The guest bathroom has a shower and pedestal sink.

A large circle driveway for your boat or trailer is available for use. Water is available for rinsing rods/snorkel gear. The house is within a short walk/drive or golf cart ride to everything in town. There is a small boat launch 1 block to the north of the house or a 5 minute drive to the public boat ramp. There is a shared firepit and 4 hole putting green with an all weather cornhole court. Bags, putters, & balls provided it is shared with the Cypress Crab Cottage.Thank you for your interest in staying at the Cypress Crab, we look forward to having you as our guest!

We once again enjoyed another stay at this home. It is comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. The king beds are very comfortable, and the screened porch and grill are such nice amenities.

Cypress Crab House

The CC house was just as advertised. It was well equipped with inside games and books. Outside there was corn hole and a 4 hole putting green. There were plenty of appliances and cook ware in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

Family & friends vacation

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The house is fully stocked of any supplies. The screened in front porch makes a great place to hang out in the morning or after dinner. The house is has an open floor plan making plenty of room to spread out. The local boat ramp is less then 5 minutes away. There is plenty of parking for boat & trailer. The location offers an outdoor shower to rinse off after being on the boat all day, along with an ice machine to keep the coolers stocked. Your really missing out if you dont stay at the Cypress Crab. The owners and neighbor are very friendly.

Wonderful Stay

We had a perfect stay at this house! It is extremely well stocked with everything, including spices and other cooking items. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable, and we loved the large screen porch, where we spent time despite the heat due to the ceiling fans. The gas grill was a nice feature too, which we used to grill fresh fish. We enthusiastically recommend this home , and would surely rent it again on a future stay.

Well, we arrived about 1600 hrs on a Sunday. Went in and checked everything out. All was in good order. Walked around the property, was great. We had a big back and side yard. Grilling area, large front circular drive with plenty of parking for boats and trailers. We stayed a week Nd never had any complaints. The owners came there while we were staying nd we meet them. Great people. Look forward to seeing them next year. The Ford family

Amazing stay!

Honestly, the listing doesn’t do this property justice, it’s so much better than we could have envisioned. The house and everything in it was so nice and perfect for our stay. The house had everything g we needed to eat in and was a perfect place for our friends and us to gather. The rental company and owners of the property are both very nice and very helpful with fast responses. We can’t wait to come back!

House Has Everything You Need For A Great Stay

This place has everything you need! Loved the large common area and charm. This home makes great use of space. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to park and wash your boat. We appreciated all of the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch was awesome!

Why they chose this property

We love Steinhatchee and decided to relocate here for the friendly town and atmosphere. We have enjoyed meeting the towns people and becoming involved in the community.

What makes this property unique

We are located in town between the post office and the river. We are close to everything but can enjoy the quiet and see the stars at the same time. The peacefull screen patio, large driveway, games and a good time are what keeps people coming back to stay with us.
