Newer Waterfront Home on the Chesapeake Bay

2021 built waterfront home with sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay located on a quiet, private road in the community of Sandy Point in Annapolis. Minutes to downtown and the Naval Academy, enjoy the wrap around decks and sunrise on the Chesapeake. Private pier is perfect for swimming, kayaking or taking in the view. Fire pit next to the seawall for relaxing and enjoying the evening navigation lights on the bay.
Master bedroom upstairs with King bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet and private deck. Two Queen bedrooms (up and down) with ensuite bath, walk-in closets and private balconies. Children’s bedroom has bunk bed. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows and bed coverings. Downstairs family area and dining room overlook the bay. Lower deck has large table for grilling meals on the water. Owner limits gatherings to total of 15 due to limited parking and neighborhood agreement.

We were in town for a family wedding and the house was perfect! Beautiful location and close to Annapolis. The house was wonderful- very well equipped and very comfortable beds! So relaxing!

Perfect Location for USNA families

Hands down this is the best home we have stayed at in the Annapolis area. We will definitely be back. Nice home in a secluded neighborhood on the bay. The fire pit was an added bonus. Everything you need is here! Brian and Sylvie are outstanding hosts!

Fabulous home and location

We recently stayed at this amazing property in the Chesapeake bay. The location was fantastic and the amenities (fire pit, kayak, dock with great sunset view) were terrific. Sylvie was extremely responsive regarding any questions we had. We will absolutely be booking this property again.

Bay bash

The property is absolutely lovely. Modern and updated and was spacious enough for all of us. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and kayaking. It was a wonderful family getaway. The views are stunning. The hosts are very welcoming also. Thank you so much Brian and Sylvie for a wonderful weekend of memories.

July 4th

This was the perfect getaway for a friend reunion. There was plenty of space and activities to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the bay and the solitude away from the city. The neighborhood was very welcoming and Brian was the perfect host. He was always available to help and gave us great recommendations. Would definitely book here again!

Located in a charming neighborhood and right on the Bay, the house is very comfortable and was perfect for our family Thanksgiving of 7. Airy and spacious rooms, top-shelf bedding and beautiful evening light are a few highlights. Kevin, the host, is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Amazing Commissioning Week Memories

Reserved this stunning home almost a year in advance to celebrate our son's commissioning week and graduation from the United States Naval Academy. Brian was a pleasure to work with, and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. The home was exactly as pictured/advertised. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation on the waterfront!

Awesome Bay View!

First experience with a VRBO type rental and Sylvie and Brian made it a pleasant one! Beautiful home, clean and comfortable. The real star is the amazing view of the bay! We enjoyed morning coffee on the dock or on the deck overlooking the bay. There are several excellent restaurants in the Cape St. Clair area, plus it is an easy drive to Annapolis for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. We greatly appreciated the excellent communication with the host and highly recommend this property for your Annapolis area stay!

The view is everything!

Love, love the view. Picture perfect way to start the day with a cup of coffee, enjoy a cocktail in the afternoon, play Kubb with the family, and enjoy a fire in the evening. The hosts, Brian and Sylvie, welcomed us with a delicious Cabarnet from Bordeaux along with cheese, crackers, and salami to enjoy with it. What a wonderful touch! The house is comfortable and nicely decorated, and peaceful.

Lovely peaceful and comfortable waterfront getaway

Our family had a lovely weekend celebrating an 80th birthday at this property. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of red wine, cheese and crackers. The highlight was the the beautiful view of the Chesapeake Bay. We enjoyed watching the boats and birds pass by. The home was nicely decorated, clean and bright with many large windows. The kitchen was well equipped and we liked the open floor plan. All the bedrooms were a good size but the master bedroom on the second floor was AMAZING with a huge bathroom. We also enjoyed access to a fire pit and kayaks. One tip - bring shampoo, soap and a hairdryer. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet getaway on the water close to the charming and historic town of Annapolis.

Most Amazing House!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful house--it is magical! The views from the back porch, the comfortable elegance of the interior, the many small touches like gas fireplace and plush throw blanket, quality dishes and decorative touches throughout, a beautiful kitchen, truly top-of-the-line bathrooms--three of them!--and a location to die for. The house was impeccably clean, through and through, with elegant and high-quality decor. The check-in process was lovely--such fun to meet the owner and see the pride he takes in this amazing house of his. Great communication, very accomodating, and he even left a delicious bottle of French wine for our arrival--such a nice touch! The house is exactly as pictured but even better, for the setting is unbelievably terrific and adds so much to the stay. Champagne in Adirondack chairs out on the dock at sunset is a must! Seeing the views of Gibson Island and the lighthouse out back, roasting marshmallows in the firepit, playing cards on the porch, stringing hammocks in the shade beneath the trees, enjoying the owners' double-kayak to explore the area, playing lots of games of chess on the beautiful set in the living room...I could go on and on. Even the drive up to the house is sublime--you go to the end of a road, through a small arch of trees, to an open expanse with a stunning view and beautiful houses all perched right on the water--it makes us smile every time we come back to the house from being out! This is definitely a Five-Star-Property, start to finish, and if you have a chance to book it, I most highly recommend it--you'll be glad you did! We have stayed in many vrbo's in this country and all over Europe, and this rates as one of the best we've seen. We love this house and would stay here again at the earliest opportunity--truly wonderful!!!! Thank you so much for our stay--we could not have hoped for anything better, and are so incredibly grateful for our time here--worth every penny!

Gorgeous home on the water

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for Thanksgiving and it was everything we could have wanted. The house was brand new, so clean, cozy, picturesque, close to everything and welcoming! Brian met us upon arrival which was so nice. He showed us around the house and left us a cheese board with a bottle of wine to enjoy! It was a pleasure to meet him and such a nice personal touch. I’m a huge lover of sunrises and sunsets and this house delivered both! Waking up early and going on the dock to watch the sunrise was remarkable! It was a highlight of the trip. Also, the sunset casts a beautiful glow over the water and was a joy to watch from the Adirondack chairs on the lawn. We also loved that there was a yard where my daughter could play soccer. We went to Annapolis a few times because it was so close, but there were also great restaurants near by, a grocery store and a little breakfast place. We had a fantastic vacation and thank Brian for sharing his perfect home!

Relaxing Bay House

Brian was so great to communicate and give helpful advice. The house was very private and the we spent hours sitting on the dock on the Bay. My daughter absolutely loved it. So relaxing and peaceful!

Beautiful Home with Unsurpassed Views

What a great place! Everything is as pictured, new and very clean. Brian was easy to communicate with and a wonderful house. Neighborhood is quiet and feels remote but is convenient to everything including downtown Annapolis. The view will take your breath away. We will be back!

Pleasant and Quiet retreat close to Annapolis

We stayed at this property the second weekend in October. We chose it because it was close to Annapolis while still maintaining a quiet and calm vacation like feel. Checkin and communication were excellent. The house was exactly as seen on the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. Having large windows to look out at the bay was just what we were looking for. A few very minor nit-picky details: -Having an electronic padlock for checkin instead of Key would have been better -The house can probably use an extra couch +/- seats in the den. Overall highly recommend to those who want a nice, new relaxing and reasonably priced house on the water (within a 15-20min ride to USNA/Downtown Annapolis)
