Our space is the perfect gathering spot for weddings, reunions, vacations, holidays, and sporting events. Home Features:

Six private bedrooms and a common area with additional beds. The home includes 4.5 bathrooms, a large open-concept kitchen with eat-in dining, a separate indoor dining room, a deck and patio with outdoor seating and dining areas, a screened porch, and a game room. The layout offers ample space for everyone to gather comfortably.

• Bedrooms 2-6: Queen beds
• Common Area: 2 full beds, 1 twin bed, and a futon couch that converts to a full bed

The house was great for our large extended family. The basement room was perfect for the children. The upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. There was a very peaceful on closed porch. The living area had a huge sofa for everyone to relax. The hosts were very responsive.

Commissioning Week 2025

We stayed here for our son’s Commissioning Week from the Naval Academy. It is a great home that accommodated our large group. Plenty of space, well supplied with essentials. Also good space for the group to eat and gather. Just 15 mins from USNA.

Family vacay

Our children and granddaughters spent a wonderful time at this lovely home. It was clean, extremely comfortable and the billiard game room was a big hit with our family! Wonderful Christmas

Family from 6 states gathered for Christmas at Jean and Joe's, and it could not have been better. We enjoyed staying in, walking and visiting Annapolis and Baltimore. The house was great for games, big meals, sleeping in, staying up late and just relaxing. Thanks, Jean and Joe!

Awesome house!

We were in Annapolis for a wedding and we had 14 members of our family coming from all over. The house was perfect and the host could not have been more accommodating It was a quick 14 minutes to downtown Annapolis and there were a number of small stores 1/2 mile from the house. My only regret was that we did not book an extra day to just enjoy the house and the area. .

Family Memories

The house was perfect for our family; we had room to spread out. It was well-maintained with all the amenities advertised. Our hosts were responsive to our texts. Even though the weather did not cooperate (rainy and chilly), it was great fireplace weather! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Annapolis stay, and we recommend this house to all.

Perfect for travel lacrosse families

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (4 families) and there was ample room to spread out. We really enjoyed the screened porch and appreciated the fact that it is so convenient and you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, ABC store and Rita’s. Very convenient to Kent Island fields and South River high school fields. We also visited Sandy Point State park and the boys enjoyed a float in the bay. Very easy to communicate with owners.

Navy game

Enough beds for 11 guys to sleep separately and comfortably in the house. Some convenient stores nearby to pick up coffee, sandwiches, and adult beverages nearby for a tailgate at USNA. Only issue we had was getting easy access to TV stations to watch MLB playoff on Friday night. Neighbors were friendly. Let us park our fifth car on the street next to their house on Saturday. Nice house, great stay. very clean.

Senior Golf Trip

8 guys (6 retired) in 6 bedrooms + a basement game room with 2 bunk beds and a double. We weren't there much, other than to sleep, but a very nice house. The house rules we received after we provided each person's name, along with a description and the license plate for each vehicle, weren't a problem, but included a requirement to wash, and dry, all the towels and wash cloths, and the bed linens. We've all used VRBO and other sites, and were never required to do laundry. We started the towels and wash cloths in the washers, stripped the beds and put the sheets in the laundry rooms, before we left for our final round. Most of us were also surprised to see a security camera sighted on the back porch, that appeared to be operating (little lights flashing). Some of our guys asked if there were other cameras positioned in places we didn't notice. We wanted to suggest a separate trash can in the kitchen area for recycles. Everything went into the single trash can in the kitchen, then separated recyclables by hand when we took the trash out before leaving.

Perfect!

The owners went all out to make sure their house was clean and comfortable for our family reunion of 13 people. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location - quiet cul de sac with quick access to major roads. Nice backyard with pleasant path through woods behind it. The house and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend it for large gathering.

The house was awesome. Very big. Beautiful yard, deck and screened porch. Perfect for large groups. Location to Naval academy was excellent and the area the house is in very convenient. A must for large groups during commissioning week at the Academy.

Thanksgiving Gathering

Lovely house, plenty of room for a comfortable family gathering for a dozen people. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. We have stayed in other local homes for similar gatherings but this one was by far the most comfortable. Check out the historic Goshen Farm just a short walk away.
