This open-concept one bedroom, one bath apartment has all the comforts of home in the middle of all the fun Ludington offers! Bedroom features a Queen bed and closet. Open kitchen, living and dining area, full kitchen with seating at bar, washer & dryer, sleeper sofa, reserved off street parking, downtown shops, restaurants, and activities right outside your door. Nice balcony.

Second floor one bedroom with full kitchen and laundry…..the property manager was easy to communicate with, when we experienced a small issue……the building was quiet and we really enjoyed the little balcony…..

Perfect location!

The condo is in the heart of Ludington and is walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The unit is modern and clean and includes a stackable washer and dryer. We would love to return.
