Why Joy Thomas chose Villages of Five Points
This property is ideal for a vacation. The community has everything one could ask for. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts and multiple restaurants to choose from. There is also a large grocery store within the community if you would rather enjoy a quiet meal at home. There is a walking path for an evening stroll and a frozen yogurt shop along the way. In the summer, there are outdoor movies for the entire family to enjoy. We fell in love with this community because there is always something to do.
What makes this Townhome unique
Lewes, which is located just 6 miles from the townhouse is a wonderful place to spend time at. It is the first town in the first state and the buildings demonstrate the love that the people have for their town. You can spend days just walking around the lovely area. The bay, located in Lewes, is a relaxing place to enjoy the sun and water. Also located in Lewes is the Cape May/Lewes Ferry which is a delight for the young and old--whether you want to do some shopping or go to the zoo.

Very clean and extremely suitable for our needs.
The townhouse is very nice and well appointed. My children and grandchildren only used it as a sleeping accommodation since we live about 5 minutes away. We have used this property before and have always been happy with it.
I am very happy that you enjoy it. Your family is welcome any time.
Well maintained, well appointed rebtal
My family stayed for a long weekend off-season, and had a great time. The townhouse is three levels, and had plenty of room for my wife and I , plus four kids, to spread out. Patio is a nice touch as well for outdoor dining, etc
Location is great. Walk across the street to Arena’s deli for coffee, or the other restaurants in the community. Short drive to Lewes or Rehoboth beaches.
Owners are very accommodating as well. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location and great house
Great house for weekend away. Had everything we needed.
I am glad you enjoyed yourself. We welcome you back any time.
Excellent and exceptionally clean
Absolutely love it! It was great having the Roku options with the tv! Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards provided! Well stocked with basic paper necessities! Will definitely stay again!
I'm glad that you had a great time. We try to listen to our guests and provide things that we think they may need. We welcome you to come back and stay anytime.
nicely decorated home. very comfortable stay for my family
family vacation. home was very nice. clean. great patio. great location in five villages
I'm glad you had a great week. We love the Village of 5 Points with everything close to us.
Wonderful Place to Stay
This was a beautiful rental for our family. It is much more spacious than shown in the photos. The outside patio is private, and you can store bikes back there if needed. The owner was prompt with all communications. The community is quiet and the pool, tennis courts and playground are very nice. There are several very good restaurants and a grocery store close by. Many conveniences are included with the rental (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.). On the down side, the dining area is a bit small (OK for 4 people), and it would be nice if the third floor sofa was a sofa bed. Regardless, it was great and we will definitely return.
I'm glad you had a great week. We try to provide a lot of things that we think our guests may need.
