Two bedroom Two bath condo located in a pristine gated resort style community. Unit comes fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. WIFI, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen and more! This second level condo has beautiful wood floors, tiled showers, and a private balcony,. Community has 5 pools, 6 spas, BBQ areas, 9 lighted tennis courts and a fitness room. There is also an activities director and tennis pro on-site. The community is gated with a 24-hour manned guard.

The raquetball club is a great community and safe area

We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and courts for pickleball. People were friendly and quiet community.

Nice gated community in Scottsdale

Although we started our stay with the water turned off in the condo and the toilet flooding, plus WIFI problems, the manager with the help of my husband fixed everything within a few hours. The condo was nice overall but the balconies were full of debris and it was obvious the comforters hadn’t been washed in a while. Sometimes the hot tubs were hot and the pools were heated but luckily there were several to choose from around the complex and one was usually warmer. . The little fitness center was nice and the paths around the complex as well. My family was there for 2 months for medical treatment so we made it home and enjoyed our stay. The second floor (stairs only) may make it hard for some people to assess but the unit has a pretty vaulted ceiling, nice family room and kitchen and is in a quiet location. The renters and owners in the community were friendly too. The manager was nice but not very responsive to email questions.
