The Blackberry Suite sits within a charming three story home that includes six private condos. It's a perfect choice for groups who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own suite. With inviting design and comfortable furnishings, the unit provides a peaceful home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06549 and business license BL034114.
Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
