The Love Shack: Completely restored 1915 direct beachfront cottage. Stunning ground level, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with exceptional views. White porcelain floors throughout, Chef kitchen with Viking, Bertazzoni, and Fisher Paykel appliances. High speed internet, ice maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer. High definition TV in living room with surround sound. Sonos speakers throughout the house and the lanai. All windows have mirrored tint. Double vanity bathroom with waterfall shower and floating mirrors in front of the window. The bathroom window will turn opaque for privacy with just the push of a button! His and her closet with two sided hanging space, built in shelves and dressing mirror. The bed sits under the original roofline and perfectly frames the view of the beach. Elevated ceiling in the bedroom and electronic shades for convenience and privacy. The beautiful white sand beach looks picturesque through the tall living room windows. Private beach front yard with lounge chairs for sunning, Adirondack chairs for enjoying the sunset, captains chairs and table for outdoor dining/morning coffee. Porch swing and hammock for relaxing or reading a book. This is the perfect beach getaway with unbeatable views!

Celebrating love

We were in FL for a wedding and couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more. The Love Shack really was the most amazing romantic getaway. Every detail of the house from the decor to the kitchen ware was perfectly done. The beach and sunset views were spectacular! We can't wait to come back for our next stay!

500 Square Feet of Billionaire Lifestyle

It’s the lure of experiencing one of the few remaining, authentic 1915 beach houses, right on the sand, that brought us, but we weren’t expecting the beautiful and luxurious ambiance of the “shack” itself. Absolutely up-to-date, spot-on gorgeous (“So cute!” in my wife’s words) interior design. Top designer appliances, finishes and furnishings inside and out. Two giant TVs with AppleTV and other streaming. “Smart” lighting is often dumb and unintuitive; in this place it works obviously and seamlessly. Hats off to whomever did the systems integration; the place is fully automated and yet it all just…works. Great location away from much of the hustle and bustle but easy enough to jaunt there if you wish. But the patio, then your private beach, then the hammock, the two Adirondack chairs, then the two chaise lounges, and a few more steps you’re toes are in the water, sunset just for you. Billionaire lifestyle inside and out, distilled conveniently onto 500sf of living space plus your own slice of beach. It’s cliche to say, but you will not want to leave.

Perfect beach getaway

This is the perfect oceanfront beach house. I feel like the term cottage doesn’t do it justice. Everything is beautifully executed. I can’t recommend it enough.

Paradise!

An experience of a lifetime! Your own slice of paradise! A private beach and less than 10 steps to the sand! The interior…WOW! Every little touch! We were disappointed to only have 2 towels for the week for 2 people. We unfolded the swan :) and that gave us 4! Mgmt finally brought more 2 days before we left. TV. In bedroom never worked properly. Maint came but still no luck. Only other disappointment was the porches and outdoor furniture. They had not been cleaned at all. The Love Shack was so special….it was worth a little aggravation. We would definitely return!

Love, love, love The Love Shack

The Love Shack was the cutest, most well done, most welcoming little place we have ever stayed! We loved the location. It was within walking distance to so many places, beach side and road side. Our only regret is that our stay wasn't longer. This perfect little place will always be our first choice for the Anna Maria Island area. Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful cottage, perfect location

This is a beautiful luxury home, wonderful private beach area. I would give it all 5 stars except for two things. None of the outlets in the bathroom worked. But the big issue was that my stay was Sunday to Saturday. I was told on Wednesday that landscapers would be working Thursday and potentially Friday. It ended up being all day Thursday and most of Friday including having to shut off water for a while on Friday. This trapped me inside for two days. For the price I would expect the owner to arrange this work on a day the cottage is not occupied.

Exceedingly well appointed property.

The renovation of this cozy beach house was so well thought out. Every space was well utilized. It was comfortable and inviting. Having a private beach in front of the cottage was a huge plus for us. The beach in front of the dunes has more people but certainly not crowded. Great sunset views. The proximity to the road was the only down side due to the noise. The trolley was very easy to use and the stop is right by the cottage. The attention to detail in every design aspect and accoutrements provided was truly outstanding. Lovely stay!

Gorgeous home recently redone with all the touches of home you need. Bummed it was cold while we were there so we couldn't enjoy the outside area more. We would definitely stay again!!!!

The love shack doesn't disappoint

Spectacular location on a beautiful stretch of beach. Nearby properties are a bit dated but this property was renovated with many unique features and appliances. Two large flat screens and music throughout are a nice touch. Kitchen is a nice as it gets and is well. Stocked. A perfect place for a couple to get away
